Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moody - Leeds by IHG

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast

They charged me TWICE

The pool was great. The room was okay. There is definitely signs of wear. The breakfast was so good and gave lots of choices. The staff was very nice. The location worked for us.

However, the window blind in the room, which should be controlled by a button for a wheelchair user, didn’t work. The rolling blind was all wrinkly from travelers before trying to get light in the room. The room was very dark! It felt depressing. One of the lights in the bathroom was out as well. And the designers didn’t do a great job. The curtain rod about took off a family member’s head since it was so low, there was no chair for the shower, and the curtain wouldn’t stay in the shower so the floor got soaked. Breakfast ok; no coffee in the rooms. Felt safe. Ok price.

I didn’t get the room I should have gotten.

Fast and friendly check in! Staff was very accommodating and rooms were clean and comfortable

Notes: 1. It's hard to get the room dark. 2. Eco-focus - you have to put the key in a slot to have electricity on, and there is no in-room coffee maker to avoid plastic waste.

First room SC made noise keeping us up all nite. Moved to another room that the shower door was broken

Nice!!!!!!

Great quality for the price and close to Barber. Can’t beat it!

I was most impressed by the friendliness and patience of the front desk clerk the night we checked in. She provided extra bedding and towels for our large group and treated my young children with kindness and respect. I don't remember her name, but I hope her hospitable way of interacting with customers is noticed by hotel management and amply rewarded!

Very up to date. Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Breakfast was very good

It was excellent and very clean

Estuve solo por una noche me pareció bien confortable, silenciosa, limpia, y en buena ubicación

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little tired looking.

Breakfast and a comfy bed

Nice clean hotel

The room was loud and shower water was cold. The room was only moderately maintained. The staff was unhelpful when asking about the water issue. I expected better from a HIX.

Was quite despite being near Interstate. Elevator was real fast, new type luggage card were an upgrade & facility appeared to fairly new.
