The room was loud and shower water was cold. The room was only moderately maintained. The staff was unhelpful when asking about the water issue. I expected better from a HIX.

Clean room and helpful staff. Parking area was easy and the breakfast was excellent. I will be staying here again. Comfortable beds.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and the maids were very friendly and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again.

No complaints it was great we traveled with Lil kids and it was great the beds were amazing

We stay here each time we travel through to NC and we have never had any issues. The check-in has always been quick and the room is always clean. Breakfast is really good with a lot of options!

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and breakfast was great. The only problem was the swimming pool, which was outdoors, and a filter was blocked so it was not a very clean pool. We reported it to the front desk and maintenance was called, so they seem to be responsive.

Hair on bathroom floor. Dried splatter on the bathroom door and bed headboard. Rooms can be better cleaned and maintained. Definitely not the 9 review that the internet claims. Disappointing

Very nice Hotel, and very budget friendly. The hotel is new so it is very modern design. Nice extra large elevators. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and I could not here neighboring rooms big plus.... Breakfast was adequate. My only suggestion is bring your own T.P. there's is not of best quality... Hope this helps

It was a very clean, quiet room. GREAT bed! I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice variety. The Check in girl was so sweet. And the girl at the desk when I checked out was sweet, too. The only thing - both mornings I woke up to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I kept thinking it was coming from the room below me but when I left I noticed there were cigarette butts in the handicap parking place next to mine - along with dog poop. I think the smell was coming from there but I don’t know. My room was facing the front.

I’m me of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was good and hot. Very understanding staff and friendly. Truly a great and clean place to lay your head.
