Quality Inn & Suites Lehigh Acres Fort Myers

This is the badest hotel I've ever rented, the woman at the front desk is very bad-tempered all the time I contacted her, I never saw a smile in her face or maybe a gesture of sympathy, in fact I'm calling the hotel to refund me the deposit I paid when I checked in, on my checked out I asked her for a copy of the deposit and the invoice and she said that it was in the email of the reservation I made three days before, the room I rented was the suite, and you really can't sleep because it's behind the elevator wall, all night I hear the noise of the elevator runnig up and Down, I can't say anything about breakfast because I really didn't even go through the cafe, i do not recommend this hotel.

People just about to get into a fight in the parking lot

Good parking lot. Places to eat very close.

La habitación bien limpia, el personal muy atento, el desayuno exquisito, pero el Tv es viejo, no tiene entretenimiento, como You Tube , deberían añadir, de lo demás, todo estuvo bien

Best hotel in Lehigh acres. Facility not super ritzy/polished but definitely adequate and excellent for visiting family/friends that cannot host you for whatever reason. Has pool, breakfast with eggs, and on site Mexican restaurant El Torosco is legit. Shout out to Rita in customer service for anticipating an accident double charge situation and contemporaneously alerting me about it

Superb

Nice clean room, good little breakfast, and a respectful and courteous staff. Would stay again

Estuvo bien la Alberca no estaba en fucionamiento.

Exceptional

Great friendly front desk service The morning self service breakfast was amazing

Property was a bit hidden for me ver shall sign on the rode that didn’t really help good things were shopping areas so close and many options for food

Great place to stay on a budget. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are dated and old beds not too comfortable.

The staff and clean room
