This is the hotel we will always stay at when in the area. Great location with lots of amenities and stores close by. Staff very friendly and helpful and always going the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. Can't say enough good about the Best Western in Leland. Keep up the good work team!

That time was terrible. I was told my room was already paid for and put down $100 deposit. The next day they returned the hundred dollar deposit as they were supposed to, but then they charged me for the room again spoke with the manager, who is very rude and would never stay there again

This was the second time we stayed at this property and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The staff is awesome. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The most outstanding thing about this place is the breakfast! So much to choose from and all really delicious! You have to see it to believe it. The kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate decaf coffee. I really can’t say enough about how awesome this place is. You won’t be dissatisfied.
