The lobby is very nice. One woman was friendly, I wish I knew her name so she could get the recognition. Most of the staff wasn't very friendly at all for working at a hotel. The rooms weren't horrible, but could be cleaner!! The tub is stained. My son wanted to use the pool one day, and we got told due to maintenance, he wasn't able to use it until 5pm. Sorry, but I didn't find it worth the money!!

This is a great hotel if you are a sports family needing a place to stay for tournaments. The price was high, I would assume because of Memorial Day weekend. The location is close to restaurants and shops! They had a very friendly staff!

Brittany was amazing, helped me out with a sudden change of itinerary. Rooms clean, breakfast was very good. Staff were very attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel bar, called "Nectar", Is an unpretentious and comfortable place to have a conversation and a drink in the evening. Its kitchen has a limited menu of well prepared entrees, sandwiches, and salads.

We’ve been staying at the Doubletree in Leominster for many years. Everybody has been wonderful. Our room has been lovely. The service is amazing. The girls at the front desk could not be nicer and of course the chocolate chip cookies are amazing. The restaurant bar downstairs is very good. Their salads are amazing for us the locations perfect because we’re their own business, but I recommend everybody to stay good experience. For what we need everything has been wonderful so we really don’t have a problem with anything

Very friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and clean room. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I wished they had screens on the window so we could leave it open at night.
