Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lewisburg by IHG

This Holiday Inn is one of the most economical Holiday Inn’s and it is also the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. Service is always good and the property is clean. The gentleman working the breakfast was very attentive to guests and made sure the food was always brought out when something got low.

Nice property. Staff was great at check-in. Room was ready and clean when I checked in.

The pool, hot tub and friendly staff. Tub was very slick and I fell.

The staff was very nice, but the room was damp and smelled a bit like mildew. I told the staff but they couldn't do much besides spray it down which admittedly did help the smell but not so much the dampness. There was also alot of noisy kids and dogs.

Location and friendly staff. Great breakfast Noisy, we were in the bottom floor and you could hear people/kids walking/running above us all night. You could hear the fitness door opening and closing all the time.

It was a great hotel- very clean, great breakfast. Rooms were big and very quiet for sleeping.

room was not clean.. had hair on the counter by the coffee pot. butt crack print on the toliet seat. floor had spots of dirt you can see. i called down to the desk and the guy was very helpful brought up another room key. talked to the manager lisa in the morning and she made it right. the cleaning crew really did not shine in my experience this time.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great, a lot of options. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The water pressure is terrible.

It was close to the area we wanted to stay at. Breakfast was great. Only one elevator at the other end of the property. Had to get different key cards twice for entry. Ice was down. Had to get it from front desk. There was a chemical smell in the hallways when we got there - maybe come kind of cleaning fluid.

The breakfast and the ladies in charge of the breakfast were great. The pool area was too hot, the heat stayed on.The hot tub did not have enough water in it. The room set up was small. I’d stay here again if I had to. I was there for a family function.

There was an issue with the type of payment I have on file with Expedia. The night desk attendant was very patient and kind. He gave me time to resolve the issue. 10/10, great customer service.

Friendly, and attentive staff. Breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30am on the weekend, whuch was too late for my departure; however, they had coffee available earlier than the breakfast time. Pool was a bit too small (wanted to swim laps but there were a couple of kids in there already so there wasnt room for me to swim laps.
