Roo.s were nice and bathrooms very clean. We stayed for 2 nights. We got new towels but beds weren't made. Tried to use on site washers and dryers but were out of service.

It’s located conveniently close to where I needed to be Well there is a lot here so here it goes. When we first arrived the room wasn’t ready, ended up waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. We arrived after the scheduled check in time of 4:00. The door to our room did not shut properly or lock, the women cleaning across the hall actually told us there was a way to wiggle the Handle to get it to stay. The other doors to the property all had locks that didn’t work and we had to use the lobby door. There were towels in the pool area, I had to ask for some in the lobby. Our room also didn’t have enough towels there were only two towels. The bathtub leaked the entire way out the door, the water was coming out from underneath the tub and there is a visible hole in the top of one of the corners of the tub. We got no apology from the staff EXCEPT the extremely nice lady who was doing the cleaning when we first showed up to our room (she was still in there doing the bathroom) she was so kind that I feel bad even writing this review.

The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. We requested a no pet room, where there was no pet smell. Hot tub was good. Staff (Andrew) at check in was great. First floor near pool smelled like animals. Bath linens were thin and sparse. Rooms were dated. Blinds were not easy to open or close.

This Holiday Inn is one of the most economical Holiday Inn’s and it is also the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. Service is always good and the property is clean. The gentleman working the breakfast was very attentive to guests and made sure the food was always brought out when something got low.
