Hotel O Relax Inn Lewisburg near I-64

This review is not just for the hotel but for Oyo(?) Booking. This hotel is closed and condemned. It is currently a constructiom zone. We were never contacted before our trip. When I tried calling about my booking Oyo(?) Representative was extremely unhelpful, uncaring, and rude. The Representative asked me, " what would you like me to do?" In the most uncaring way. When I asked him that we needed a place to stay he put us on hold and then hung up. Then no one answered. Thank God for Super 8 down the street. The amazing staff was able to help us out. Booking.com Representative needs training and reprimanded for hanging up on a customer.

This place is not even up and running. Just a sign that says “no rooms available, under construction.” Yet you took my money and made me think myself and my children had a place to stay. You are disgraceful!!

This place is NOT OPEN. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Drove 6 hours for the hotel to not be a thing. Absolutely ridiculous!

My review is severs since it was the middle of the night, I was tired, and was asked to take pictures of the sign indicating the location was closed. It was totally dark and I didnt feel very safe by myself. Got in truck and drove for home after getting fuel & coffee to stay awake. I am a bit grouchy about this, but Hotels.com was kind to investigate the situation and issued a refund on my card. Guess the location let Hotels.com down.

Did not stay due to the room I requested not available at check in.

Bathroom had 20 or so live sewer flies, plus dead flies tucked into bath towel. Other obvious maintenance issues (bathtub faucet dripping steady steam of water, bare light bulbs, dead light bulbs, exposed electrical parts for keyless lock, frost filled mini fridge, etc). Truly worst room I've ever seen. I was going to stay regardless since sewer flies aren't a disease vector and just ask staff for a fly swatter when I saw a small roach in the bathroom wall. I decided immediately to not stay. Front desk staff was polite about my decision. Offered to have housekeeping clean the room again but the issues (roaches) went beyond what a quick sprucing could fix. Property should not be offered on hotels.com. (I have stayed at many bare-bones, budget hotels across the US with no concerns. This is the only time I have ever chosen to walk out.)

Trashy inside and out did not stay request refund

The dirtiest motel I have seen ever. There was holes in the walls. The carpet was 20 year-old filthy nasty rag. The bed smelt bad. The air conditioner was broken and halfway out of the wall. The shower was filthy. Missing tile toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, place was extremely dirty.

Wildly jenky hotel

This is an older single-floor motel with some longer-term residents. The room was clean but dated. Fridge and microwave in the room. Walls are thin. Was there a warmer weekend in March, did not try HVAC. Longer-term residents were socializing on walkway outside room, ending about 10pm. With ear plugs I slept well. Wifi was good, did not try TV. No business center or breakfast.

The location was the only good thing about this place. It was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a really long time! I had to go to the nearby dollar store and buy cleaning supplies before I would even sit on the toilet or use the shower. The sheets on the bed had hair and dirt on them. It smelled like a dead animal also.

Nothing because we were not allowed to stay Even though we had confirmed reservations, when we arrived there was no availability and were not allowed to stay… we had to go out and find our own room

My stay was pleasant from start to finish. The property is peaceful, the staff is professional, and the room was well designed. It felt refreshing and comfortable throughout my visit.

When I asked since they were overbooked and we had to take the room without a key It was as horrible

Nothing Hotel is very run down. No handle on shower, patches in walls. Only gives one towel per room, had to ask for second and for cups to drink with.

There was no soap of any kind
