The staff was good. Looked like the place just had some work done. The breakfast was good.

The property seems to be under new management. They are doing some renovations and bringing the property back to life. The only thing I might suggest is fixing the ice machine and adding to the breakfast buffet.

Booked this hotel because it was right off the highway and had the Clarion name. I cannot recommend anyone to stay at this hotel even though it is inexpensive. It is so run down, the halls and rooms smell. Truthfully this hotel is very old and run down.l and felt unsafe with poor locks.

Not much! Unable to contact front desk! Unable leave message and when transfered to rewards desk had NO RECORD! Very bad situation! We stayed there in June also and had no TV working or hot water wouldn't do it again!

phone was not hooked up remote did not work had to get key reprogrammed the next day breakfast was cold and not stocked there were no plates food etc had to ask for everything only 1 person in breakfast to stock food etc ran out of coffee was finished meal before coffee was ready not enought staff hotel was run down very different to pictures on line when going to the bathroom you cannot close door

Seemed like they were understaffed. Lots of trouble with key cards, late breakfast, hard to find staff members to help.

everything, i will definitely make this my regular stay when i am in the area. The restaurant food was good the room crisp and clean, the pool is clean as was the hot tub. the staff were welcoming and professional. the sauna was out of order.

I only gave a few items four stars because this property is still being renovated. My room was clean, neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The outside and other areas still need work but that did not affect my stay.

It was a little outdated, but no big deal. My Booking.com reservation was in the system, but somehow the property itself did not have a reserved room. I’m at least glad they had an available room after the fact. The electronic door lock on the entryway was falling off the door, which blew my mind. I Don’t usually take advantage of continental breakfast, but I decided to go down and it was actually disappointing. The room was dark and quiet. There were four other families eating and everyone of the other 20 tables was filled with dirty dishes so there wasn’t any silverware and nothing to drink. Definitely will not be staying there again.

the bed was comfortable. There was major plumbing work being done which affected the toilet and shower in our room. The complimentary breakfast was not worth it it. Based on breakfast we did not eat in the attached restaurant for lunch or dinner. There was no bar soap in the the room - down to the front desk. After checking in it was 2 more trips to the Front Desk to get a room key for a room that wasn't already occupied. There was a phone in our room but the phone system was not working and our phone was not plugged in - a decorative item only. 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights. No ice machine - go to the front desk and the Front Desk would get it from the restaurant for you. No working elevator but there was a luggage cart at the top of the stairs.

The pool was cold . The hot tub was cold. The sauna was broken. There was a flashing light in the room all night on the smoke detector in the staff was useless to help on anything.

Location First I was provided a room with a malfunctioning toilet that could not be shut off. I was given a second room. The room had a smoke detector on the ceiling that flashed a bright light every 8 seconds. I could see it even through my closed eyelids while trying to sleep. Then I had difficulty turning the shower on next morning and was told to pull it out with strength. Then the food on the buffet line was not hot.

Easy access, plenty of space to park, grounds kept well- mowed It was clean, the room comfortable, staff kind and helpful. The garden view was limited… more color needed, more flowers No elevator.
