Half of the hotel had been involved in a fire. Nobody was present when we arrived - other than a gentleman who called the owner and gave us a key. The room had an antiseptic smell. When I rolled back the sheets on the bed, there were human hairs. The air conditioner did not work. We did not stay at the hotel. It is so run down that it should not be on Expedia.

The room smelled, there was pieces of carpet laid on top of carpet that had holes in it. The towels were stained.

Location was great. The double queen room (111) was updated, mattresses were newer and bathroom was nice size. Each room had it's own single serve style coffee maker. Room 109 single queen room was old. Mattress was disgustingly dirty, fixtures were old, bathroom was small and old enough that there were cigarette stains on the vanity. There were desk chairs in each of our two rooms but no desk. Shower heads are at a height that 5' folks fit.

I feel as though I was catfished by the photos of this property. Looked great in the photos but it was certainly not like that in person. Very run down inside and out. Light flickering in the bathroom and very dim. Would have stayed somewhere else if there was anywhere available!

I would recommend staying in a tent before I ever recommend staying at this motel again.

I would not stay here. It seems to be more like long term rentals for partiers. Locks on doors are not sufficient and someone could easily break in. Not safe and not clean.

The room layout was unusual, with one bed in a front room and another in a back room. The bedroom window would not close properly, and the curtains would not fully close, leaving us with little privacy. Outside, several broken-down vehicles occupied the already limited parking lot, forcing us to drive around both nights waiting for a space. One man was going through items in one of the trucks, making us feel unsafe. The room next to ours appeared to be occupied by a hotel female employee whose television blared all night. Another night, someone arrived yelling and pounding on the door, frightening our son and keeping my husband awake worrying about our vehicle. We asked to move rooms, but the motel was full. A male employee was apologetic but unable to help. Even upon checking out no offer to help offset our miserable stay were offered. Overall, the poor cleanliness, maintenance, noise, and safety concerns made this an extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property.

The reservations were all screwed up. Nobody was there to even help when I tried to check in manually.

Nothing. We got there to check in and no one was there. We called the number on the door repeatedly and no answer. This is not a nice motel. Ultimately we went and found somewhere else to stay. Do not stay here.

Hard to navigate the parking if the hotel is full

We did enjoy our stay. And will certainly rebook here the next time we have to stay in Lewistown.

helpful check-in in terms of wifi. TV remote missing. Staff took extra effort but could not locate a suitable substitute, so I couldn't watch TV. Water handle in bathtub loose. I could not make it turn to get hot water. then I could not turn off water without jiggling the handle several times. Paper thin walls. Neighbor's tv on past midnight. No fan in bathroom. Protection latch on inside held up by only 1 screw. Break in would have been very easy.

The employees worked hard to accommodate us with a room where the tv could be made to work and had a chair. We went through three and were given our choice. They were the best .

The place is run down, dirty, and should be shut down. Room was not clean, carpet is pulling apart, plywood floor is sagging and 'bouncy' in places, tub and bathroom not clean, 'repairs' to trim, caulk, paint were terrible. Outside a pair of guard dogs were chained in the 'yard' with trash, scrap materials, and other debris. Parking lot is in poor condition, with some broken down vehicles, a few of which were being used for storage. My travel partner slept in the car rather than in the room, it was that bad in their judgement. Noisy location and illicit activity throughout the night. Extra charges above what was shown on Orbitz.

First, the property does not look like the photos on hotels.com at all. It is run down and not well maintained. The room didn't look like it had been cleaned. The pillows were stained, there was hair all over the sheets, and a dried booger on one of the pillows. The sheets were also stained. It was a dive. We sat in the room for about 15 minutes and then asked for a refund and left. They at least refunded us right away.

Nothing Dirty and disgusting. Dirty sheets, dirty counter tops, dirty floors
-
Room looks like it was last renovated in the 60's and has many scratches and holes in the wall. There is no space in the room with the queen size bed. Towels are thin and all different designs, some with permanent stains. Can hear your neighbors in the next room over.

We waiting about 15-20 mins before anyone came to the office. Then they did not even have our reservation for the correct day. No other available rooms.
