Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington Dtwn Area-Keenland by IHG

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Clean room, close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff

Exceptional

Hotel is very nice. Service not so good.

The staff took pains to make sure a room was ready early so we could check in about 30minutes early. Wonderfully helpful and kind

Great property

Clean, reliable, close to freeway and a grocery store. Never had an issue.

Great value for the price.

The property was clean. The area was quiet and it was a nice place to rest. The only thing I did not like was in the bathroom you could see the tile work and it had a little bit of rust, so maybe cleaning up the bathroom a little bit more but other than that it was good and clean and all the other places.

Breakfast was good and comfortable. The room has a lot of space and you can store your things well and put your luggage on the desk. There was a lightly decent humidity

Outstanding staff, very clean and perfect location.

Ed’s were very comfortable. The manager was engaging with the guests.

Very good

My room smelled like a wett dog

E

Location was good. It was clean and the bed comfortable.

By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at! The breakfast was amazing with different options everyday. Hit and fresh. The employees were so kind and accommodating. RJ was the best person ever! She was so sweet and overall an awesome person. It made our stay 100% better. Housekeeping comes in everyday and clean the room/ makes up the bed so it was definitely a plus. This hotel was amazing with the best amenities and clean updated rooms. The bed was so clean and comfortable which is something you rarely find in a hotel. It was my first time coming to Kentucky so finding a signature hotel I’d continue booking with is the best! The hotel was in a convenient location with food right next door. I will be booking again!

Very good

my morning coffee The room was dirty bathroom very dirty hair on tiles. They came to clean my room at 5 pm the next day I told them I was out of the room since 6 am and now they come no thanks

Overall the experience was what one wants. The rooms were clean. The hotel was fairly quiet and in a great location. The cherry on top was the very hospitable and generous staff. On our way out for the afternoon, we asked if they had a private space we could do some table top gaming that night. By the time we got back, sales had set up tables and put a sign on a door for us. It was A+ service and we were grateful we didn't have to cram into a room with a tiny coffee table. Nor did we have to violate quiet hours in the lobby. Would stay again!
