Clean room. No dresser drawers for clothes. Either leave them on the table or put them on a cubby hole beside the bed.

At almost $300 per night it was a very basic property. Elevators and corridors smelt awful and were unclean. Not worth the money for sure. Even the rooms were really tiny and basic.

Great stay

Location was great. Very clean and bed was so comfortable! Shower was great! I liked everything about this hotel!
-
Entrances to hotel were not very well marked and easily missed. In addition, the tree overgrowth makes it difficult to see oncoming traffic around the curves.
-
Staff very helpful & friendly. Location fine but need a car as nothing walking distance away. Only disappointment was breakfast - very limited choices and didn't look appetising (so we ate elsewhere)

facilities, room design, quietness staff interruption of my use of room; no instructions for tv or cooling

Really nice and helpful staff!

This is my favorite place to stay when I am visiting the Boston area. The space is super clean, well maintained, the staff are very helpful and the amenities are perfect. I ordered breakfast which came quickly and was satisfying. I sat in the courtyard reading and used other amenities. I will return!!

Clean, easy check in and parking.

Sharing from one building to the other was pleasant and the area was quiet. The pillows were flat and the blankets a bit small.

I enjoyed the room and the staff was excellent.

The lobby was a real highlight, featuring a pool table and a conveniently located bar that made it easy to unwind without going far. The property was well maintained overall, and the outdoor seating area was a lovely touch that added to the atmosphere. The breakfast was advertised as continental but turned out to be a paid menu of sandwiches and oatmeal, with items priced up to $9 against an $18 per room daily credit. That kind of misleading description is frustrating and not what guests expect from a continental offering. To make matters worse, I was double charged for my stay and am now in the process of disputing an $800+ charge that should have only been a $300 deposit.

Excellent staff

Despite the obvious mistake, the hotel never acknowledged the issue. Instead, they reassigned me to a lower-category room at a cheaper rate and offered no solution regarding either the price difference or the condition of my clothing. I emailed both the General Manager and the Regional Manager, including photos and my contact information, and received absolutely no response. Terrible experience and extremely disappointing support from the hotel staff.

Property looks beautiful Pool is very small and it was moldy. Ants ni the gym. There were issues with the room and bad electrical outlets but management was good about a partial refund when complaint was made.

A week before we arrived, I checked to make sure the pool was working. They said it was, but when there were a swim classes on Saturday morning, we could use the pool at the Element across the parking lot. We got there and the pool was out of service for the entire time of our stay. Friday through Monday. The Element pool was also out of service for our entire stay. We were very disappointed . The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. . I would recommend some sort of nightlight because when the lights were off, it was really dark. If you had to usethe bathroom in the middle of the night, it was pitch dark. The area around the bathroom sink is pretty minimal if there are two people. I can’t imagine taking a family to this hotel. The so called closet area was very small. It did not go side to side. It went front to back and was very shallow. My husband and I were going to an event where we had to take some nice clothes and there was barely room for them. The bathroom on the first floor near the lobby had no soap in the dispensers for the entire time that we were there, and the trash was never emptied although I did ask the front desk to take care of it on Saturday night. It was never taken care of. It was nice having a pool table in the lobbysince we could not swim and we had a little free time.
