Breakfast was great and the location excellent! The room should have had a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The shower is basic, it has tiles inside of a decent tub.

Good location, quiet, comfortable beds. COVID IS OVER. WE EXPECT OUR ROOM TO BE SERVICED DAILY AND FRESH TOWELS. THIS EVERY-OTHER DAY CRAP SHOULD END NOW!

I would have liked not to have to request ice from the check-in desk. I would have liked a towel bar for our handtowels, etc.

We had to get with the staff 3 times before they brought us clean towels and then set them in the sink and didn’t pick up dirty ones. The pillows are so soft that your head went right through. Asked them for the firmer ones, never got them. Didn’t get our room cleaned at all, 4 days. Said they can’t keep housekeepers. Charge for breakfast, bartender never showed to his shift the first 2 nights, nobody knew how to turn on gas fire place. There was not one chair or couch that was comfortable in the whole hotel. Come on Marriott, you are better than this. We won’t be staying here again.

Great location, close to Lexington and Concord attractions and butting up against the Minuteman national park Breakfast is actually a credit, with a list of breakfast options or can be used to buy packaged food/refreshments. As a diabetic, most of that wasn’t really suitable. With Lexington so close, I ended up eating breakfast elsewhere.

It was very clean and uncluttered. Minimalistic. Bartender was friendly and welcoming. Ac was loud. Coffeemaker was not working.
