I will never book at this hotel again. We arrived to town late in the evening for a funeral the next day. The guy working the front desk was so awful and rude. The hotel smelled awful like smoke and weed particularly in our bedroom. We immediately requested a new bedroom due to the intense smell.But we're told he could not accommodate that.For non-smoking rooms, it sure smelled like smoke and there were cigarette Burns all over the carpet. Unfortunately, we had already paid for this hotel. !!Do not book this hotel!! Spend the extra 30 or 40 bucks and go across the street to the Holiday Inn.

Paid for whirlpool suite, and it didn't work. They couldn't fix it. Unhappy night. Would of been nice after a 12 hrs drive

Location Cleanness, very very bad smell lobby and the room. We didn't stay. We went to another hotel. We did get a full refund. Thank you

The furniture had big stains on it. The carpets were dirty in the hallways and stairs. And we were locked out of our room for more than an hour The keys to the room didn’t work even after reprogramming them 3 times.

It was fairly clean, very outdated No locks on outside doors. Anybody could have come into the building at any time. We were there 2 nights they never worked. Man running the desk had no personality.

The carpet was dirty, the bathroom lighting was horrible, bathroom mirror was water damaged and probably original to the building, connecting door to next room was not at all sound proof, lobby furniture is old, faded and dirty, breakfast was as basic as can be. Staff had loud violent tv show playing while checking people in. Pillows were lumpy. Bed was comfortable. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have its name on this hotel.
