The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was as good, if not better, than most. The pool was warm….a big plus for us!! I would stay here again.

Breakfast was standard, average at most. The room was not nearly as clean as I expected for what we paid. There were not extra pillow or blankets provided. Shower was out of shampoo and conditioner, I had to request more. Lock on door was finicky and AC didn’t give off much cool air. We had it cranked down to 65 and it was still blowing off fairly warm air. We stayed Labor Day weekend (aka, expected to be busy) and many of the snacks and drinks were depleted. Only had 3 luggage carts so we were left to lug all of our stuff ourselves. Again, just not nearly worth the cost when there were many nicer hotels nearby.

Treadmill was not working in gym and my room was kinda loud. Lots of frequent shakes/ bumps from other people in the adjacent rooms moving around.

Staff were polite and inviting. We had traveled since early morning and we were offered bottles of water at check in. This meant the world at that moment. I didn't have a dislike.

One elevator was down. Pool was closed/out of service. This is one of the smaller home2Suites. Lobby area was small and untidy due to a group of guest hanging out all night taking up all of seats. Room was smaller than usual, very tight bathroom.

We did not have a good experience at this hotel as far as customer service goes. The desk person didn't know what he was doing and we got double charged for the hotel. no on could help us the next morning and it took several calls for the situation to be fixed. I don't recommend this hotel for that reason.
