We did not have a good experience at this hotel as far as customer service goes. The desk person didn't know what he was doing and we got double charged for the hotel. no on could help us the next morning and it took several calls for the situation to be fixed. I don't recommend this hotel for that reason.

Stayed 3 nights. Only did breakfast once, but they had a nice array of options. Staff very friendly. Room were very clean. Will stay here again

Location was easy to get to and get to I 75. The fan to control heat/ac in bedroom was very noisy. Seemed like it needs replaced.
