My only concern …was that I …wish there were …outdoor cameras in the parking lot …as my car was hit by another vehicle….sometime during my stay

My stay at the hotel overall was good, the location was convenient for where I needed to be. However, the pool was not heated and very cold. In addition, it was very little. As well as the exercise room having only two treadmills and a few weights, which was also a small area. The TV could have been updated offering better viewing options. At least if the television was updated, I could have mirrored the entertainment from my phone to the television screen. All in all, the man at the front desk was so pleasant and happy to greet every guest as they entered and exited the building. It was nice, he was nice and friendly. The staff women for the breakfast were amazing at helping and getting what the guest needed. Great job to your staff!!! They encourage me to return to the establishment.

The bathroom was really bad - lots of mold in tub area. If there was a hair dryer, I missed it.

They canceled my reservation the day of! Expedia fixed everything and got my redund

The window seals in the dining room were full of dead gnats and a spider. Plus the breakfast attended was not very happy with her duties and was not very nice. We had to go get clean towels.

The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The shower had pink mildew all over the caulking and black mold on the underside of the soap dish. The carpet in the room had been torn up and never tacked back down and half of the carpet padding was missing.
