It was very clean, desk staff were fantastic and breakfast was great!

Clean room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good, the fluffiest biscuits I've had in a long time! Hope to stay there again in the future.

Our room keys (both) quit working and we had to wait for staff to fix that, she was busy with another guest. It was late and we were tired. Just inconvenient. Also breakfast was not as good. The oatmeal was fine but the additives (brown sugar hard/dry, items not very appealing), items not restocked (bread,milk), no good protein available but the eggs- that did not taste good. I know it was UNOH graduation and you were busy. I just want it to be better for the next visitors. We have stayed here many times over past few years and this was not as nice as previous stays. I feel the good outweighed the bad because I like the beds.

Clean nice breakfast very nice staff.

The staff was enthusiastic and kind. The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The shower had pink mildew all over the caulking and black mold on the underside of the soap dish. The carpet in the room had been torn up and never tacked back down and half of the carpet padding was missing.
