A pretty good breakfast area too, with a Pancake machine.

This place is great. It’s got a great location on and off freeway. Shopping center across the street. The hotel itself is not stocked with a lot of food and snacks but across the street you can get what you desire. It’s 9 mins by car to Thunder Valley Casino and The Venue. It has a decent breakfast. The hot tub was not working and either was the sauna. That was a big downside. But the location is perfect. I know I will be back.

We booked a room for 4 travelers! Which had a king bed and pull out couch! But!! There was no pillows or blankets or sheets for the pull out couch!! And when I called to get them no one brought them up so I went down to the front desk to ask and she said she was all out! And gave me two sheets we had to sleep with!!

The room was clean and roomy, breakfast was yummy, staff was helpful, friendly and professional, the property was well kept and all the stores around were so convenient. We had a GREAT stay!

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff on the phone when booking and confirming and while there. The bed was comfortable and the room was roomy. The air conditioning was on spot! The breakfast was just what we needed and the coffee was the best. We are already looking to come back for another family reunion in August of 2027!

Breakfast was fulfilling. Location near events. Room price affordable. Prompt service when needing assistance for amenities like towels bed sheets. Better mattress for sofa bed and probably pillows

This was a great place to stay for a night when going to a concert at Thunder Valley Casino. Loved that it was in a shopping center! Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was great, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient.

Clean room love the jacuzzi in the room. Enjoyed the 24 hrs free coffee and the breakfast was good.

Easy to get to and clean rooms. Great location for Thunder Valley concerts.

The room was nice and big and it was very clean.But the air conditioner did not work.I had to be moved 2 times, into different rooms, and even in those rooms, the air conditioner did not work.

We were gaslight, a few times, with them telling us the AC was working, and to just be patient. We returned to our 2nd room, only to watch the temperature rise on the thermostat. After 40 minutes of waiting for some type of resolution, (and us having to continuously reach out to the front desk since they weren’t offering us any resolution) and dealing with rude front desk staff that couldn’t even look at me while we worked through these issues, (mind you, we were not projecting our frustration out on the staff at all… we get stuff happens)! The situation would’ve been much better had the front desk staff been more courteous instead of acting like our request for a room that wasn’t 80+ degrees was astronomical. We were told there were no more rooms to offer us by one staff and we had no choice but to stay in a non functioning AC room (even though the queen room was an option 10 minutes prior) to another staff telling us 10 minutes after that, that the only option was that queen room. No consistency, just gaslighting and lies. We were running late to our event so we jumped at the queen room offer. No apologies were rendered at all.

Location Room air conditioner was not working. Moved to new room by pool, which I asked initially when booked not to be , too noisy. Then out of morning coffee and seemed like they didn’t care.

The room was very spacious, the breakfasts were excellent, and the air conditioner kept the room very nice and cool. The staff were very attentive and efficient.

The room I had is too noisy, we can't sleep because of the noise, seems like upstair room had kids keeps running around.
