Holiday Inn Express & Suites South - Lincoln by IHG

I had nothing to complain about when I stayed there.

Tasty breakfast and the size of the room. very comfortable. There was a busload of highschoolers staying the night so it was very crowded in the breakfast area.

There was visible mold in the bathroom near the shower ceiling.

A very good place to spend a night.

i loved the comforts of the room. the shower was a bit dirty and staff weren’t the nicest.

When I booked it I inquired about canceling the room and I called the hotel desk and that clerk cancelled it without my permission. We talked about it and thet rest Said I wouldn’t get my money back so I said Do not cancel.

Breakfast was great. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom desperately needed to be updated. The tub needed to be reglazed and the fixtures had some rust on them. It was clean, just needed to be updated.

This particular property is starting to feel a bit “tired“. There are things like rust marks on the bathtub and stains on the tub enclosure, and things like the interior of the elevator, which did not appear very clean and quite worn which are things that I do not usually see at a Holiday Inn express. Gentleman at the front desk was very professional in the way that he spoke to both myself and another guest who was checking in. He was very thorough and maintain a good sense of efficiency at the same time. He also did an excellent job handling a phone reservation while we were waiting in line. Answered many questions very patiently and kept his cool while people were standing in front of him.

Hotel was clean and close to Walmart it was basically everything you could want from a hotel stayed in the Kings suite room was clean shower but had good water pressure and the breakfast was good

Friendly help staff. Can’t point out 1 because everyone was awesome
