Secure parking, very clean room, staff were great and courteous.

The stay at the hotel was definitely clean. Main front desk was up kept as well as the overall main areas to the rooms. Areas such as the bathroom in the booked room was clean but had an unpleasant smell from either the drain or toilet that was persistent despite calling for cleaning. Staff was overall friendly and eagered to help, but would say the plumbing or draining system needs to be maintained due to smell. Casino was nice and grand, however unpleasant due to the overall aroma of smoking in the smoking area. Smoking area should be moved to the enclosed spacing and non smoking area to the main ground as it’s unprofessional for the first thing to smell is just cigarettes coming in

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly

Room was clean, pool was great. Staff was good. Only aye at one restaurant wicked good. It was pretty yummy.

The location was quaint. Very convenient getting too and from the highway. The property was well maintained. We were surprised how modern the rooms were. Easily accessible the casino. Only thing we would complain about is how thin the walls are. The people in the room above us possibly had kids. We heard shuffling and alot of thumps. Overall, the staff was nice enough, the parking was easy and the indoor pool was a nice addition. Would stay again.

This is a decent place relatively clean. However, the front desk was hard to get a hold of at times but overall it was a good stay.

Hotel is good and access to parking is tricky as parking lot and driveways around Bally’s Casino is very busy and confusing and signaling is poor.

The parking lot was a bit confusing. The hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful. The casino was mostly smoking areas which was surprising to us.

The hotel was very clean. I was just disappointed to find out my room had a murphy bed instead of a king size bed. The bed was comfortable but it was noisy. The other inconvenience was traveling to the 1st floor from the 5th floor for ice....
