Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel

There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floors like no one cleaned the floor.

Clean rooms but front desk not very helpful and have a bit of an attitude.

We had a great stay! Thank you!

2nd time to stay here, great property for the price. Clean room, great bed, decent poker room.

The bed was so tall it was hard to get into but once in the bed it was comfortable. The staff where a little rude when checking in and out they where talking on their personal cell phone. Couldn't check in till 4pm on the dot and other staff coming in where late and the employee was complaining about it. Staff also said the hotel itself they wouldn't stay at.played in the casino and it is very hard to win anything there the food was good but be prepared to pay 30 for a burger.

The only downside it’s the location

Staff was amazing!!! The parking is key card accessed and separate from the casino parking.

Excellent. No Valet or room service but clean very functiinal no frills room. Huge cassino. A ton of food options. Very Friendly staff.

Superb

Overall everything was great, comfortable bed nice bathroom But the TV keep going off. Maybe it was because of the rain.

All in all was a very pleasant hotel stay & if up in that area again, I would stay at Ballys again.

What I didn't like.... I stayed Sunday till Wednesday and by 1am the place kinda turns into a ghost town and for someone who likes to gamble at those hours and have some drink's that really wasn't happening.

At one point, I was struggling to get my sister into a wheelchair while two strong, healthy security guards, not two feet away from us, stood around talking. I finally had to ask for their assistance. The room had no table and only one chair. We had to take our scrabble game into the lobby in order to play. There were no drawers, so we had to leave our clothes in our suitcases. The trash cans had no plastic bags in them. I felt bad for our maid who had to deal with some unpleasant deposits. It was difficult to sleep because I was unable to close the shade. It was only when I mentioned it to the maid that she told me there was a button somewhere that would lower it. It would have been nice to know that before I had 2 sleepless nights. The plastic glasses were not wrapped in sanitary plastic. I couldn't believe that the handicapped accessible room was at the furthest end of the hall, rather than near the elevator. The exit from the parking lot was not even marked. No Sign!! I finally had to go back into the building to ask where it was. All this time, my sister was waiting at the curb with her walker.
