I love the attached Spa, great discount for hotel guests. Food options are really good too.

Biggest downfall with this hotel is the smell of smoke from the hallway throughout the lobby and the worst art is the parking for the guest. One way in one way out. No shortcuts, side or back entrance. If you have a car full of luggages good luck.

The property and the room was not very clean. Was trash in the vip parking. Also the room floor was not swept and there was stains on the walls. The pool are was not very clean with the chairs dirty and the pool itself not so clean.

I liked the property ok. We and another couple we traveled with were not happy with the AC unit location in the ceiling. Either it was too cold with air being thrown down directly upon you while sleeping or if you reset temperature, it shuts off . Disappointed no restaurants in the hotel section. Parking ok …

very nice hotel experience. Wicked Good restaurant had nice variety of menu offerings. casino had friendly and helpful dealers {especially Chris}. would definitely book and recommend again.

Location was excellent, all amenities accessible like coffee and food , loved the fact that casino was just downstairs and hotel was clean and neat

Casino was great, clean, nice entertainment and dining options. Room was nice and clean. My orbitz directions indicated there was valet at the north entrance and there wasn't, so we drove around to another entrance and had to walk a ways to get back to north. Also said the valet was free but we were charged $18

The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out.
