    Every staff member I interacted with was smiling, positive, ready and willing to help. The best customer service I have experienced at a hotel in a long time. My teens enjoyed the pool. Very clean and located in a convenient location if you happen to be visiting Bryant University. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and I used the laundry facilities, which only consisted of one washer and dryer, so I am glad no one else felt the need to wash gear between game days!

    We loved the new-appearing room design, and especially the modern-looking bathroom (the shower door was a really cool curved glass slide door). Staff was very friendly. Downside: breakfast was an extra cost, ala carte style, expensive, and ran out of what I wanted on their limited menu. Besides that, I’d go here again.

    The staff were friendly. The room small. We reserved a room for 4 people — for an extra cost. The room was nearly $500. They could have made the second bed. We couldn’t find the sheets to make the bed so we had to call down for sheets and then pillows. We couldn’t find make coffee in the room but it would have been nice to have an urn in the lobby (since we had 4 people and didn’t wake up at the same time). Overall it was fine but ridiculously expensive for what you get.

    Me and my husband had stayed for one night and due to checking in later in the evening we had a very late dinner. I had taken back my entire meal and placed it in the mini fridge. The next morning we left our room to jump in the pool and when returning to our room before checking out for our stuff the meal was gone. When my husband asked if they had seen it they repeatedly said “there was no food” as if we were imagining leaving an ENTIRE meal in the fridge. Honestly I would have rather heard “Sorry, it got tossed while cleaning…” (which shouldn’t have happened before 10am or us even had checked out yet) so when bringing our concern to the front desk the very kind woman apologized and mentions … this isn’t the first time someone has complained about this and when calling the manager again they repeated “There was no food was left behind”, which blows my mind because it wasn’t just a few bites it was an entire meal !!!! I’m not trying to sound like “a customer is always right” but the least they could have done was APOLOGIZE. Nothing about we will check the cameras NOTHING but brushing us off with “They will call us back, but it might be awhile due to booking online through a third party” …. Like seriously how hard is it to APOLOGIZE? Like come on, Do better !!

    Was Marriot quality all.around on full display.. Excellent understanding and professional staff, pleasantly scented rooms, adequately sophisticated mordern room, ohh olive lived the shower doors, .. the jacuzzi hot tubs is something one shouldn't miss..I could go on and on...Its simply a great place..

    Had a great stay! The concierge was very friendly, kind, and professional from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, the room smelled great, and everything felt well maintained. The staff throughout the hotel provided professional service and made the experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with Starbucks and many other stores nearby. Great value for the price, especially being close to Providence. I would definitely stay here again!
