Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lauren, our bartender was super!!!l Love the walkability to restaurants. Breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options.

The staff, at front desk, LuLu( I think was her name) was amazing and very accommodating. Our room was filthy. Bed linen and bathroom floor had hair in it. The staff brought us more linen for the beds, that we had to change. Staff was very kind and accommodating, but we were so disgusted by the unclean room that we couldn’t rest well knowing the room was not properly clean prior to our arrival.

Hotel was nice and the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We will definitely be staying at Springhill Suites again!

The hotel itself was fine. Staff is really great. This is our second stay in recent weeks. Breakfast was good, but my 7 year old daughter would love bacon every day, not just every other day (haha!). But seriously, we mostly enjoyed breakfast. The pool was closed. While I understand that things like this happen and are beyond the staff's control, it was very disappointing to my children (7 and 8) who were looking forward to a mini-vacation and had nothing to do :(

I was disappointed in the shower. It had mold/mildew in it. The outlets did not work by the bed and the bathroom door would not close. The furniture was a bit beat up as well. The lady who checked me in was very friendly. The morning crew did not acknowledge me, too busy looking at the computer screens. The breakfast was great and had a wonderful assortment of proteins, breads, cereal. Parking was ok. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and a darling park.

The pool was a little small. It would be nice to get a bathtub for kids.
