The air conditioning didn’t work in my room, the place was full so I couldn’t change rooms. The area around the hotel, it’s hard to believe it’s American it’s absolutely filthy trash everywhere and the air quality is awful.

Booked a room with the hotel. Received and email about check in when I never arrived. When I do come to check in I was told had no reservations at the hotel. Showed proof and again was told I had no appointment. Showed proof again along with email that was received at 8:30 pm about how was my check in. I drove miles to this hotel and to be told I have no reservation was not what I want to hear. I was told to wait to speak with a manager. 10 minutes later I was told there was a mixup in the reservation and my room was given away. I don’t understand how that happened when full name and room are to be verified they didn’t do that. They went off last name only. Now I’m stranded and left with the choice of taking whatever room they had or cancel. Again miles away from home and it’s an inconvenience for me to have to rebook at another hotel at the very last minute, so I had no choice but to stay at that hotel, and the room that they gave me was not equal value of the room that I initially purchased. I requested for the manager to reach out to me as soon as he got in the next day and was told by the staff that they would do so, and the manager never reached out to me. Prior to reaching out at the front counter was the manager and I’m asking them. What are they gonna do to compensate for their mistake and I was told nothing now that is completely unprofessional and very inconvenient for me because I booked this room days prior to coming in and it’s not my fault. Worst experience!!!

Uncomfortable beds. Really noisy unfortunately. No water in the room ms and machines does stairs were not

The place needs to train there staff how to really run a front desk it’s not safe especially if your not from the area you can’t even take a one night stand there

Place was fine. Didn’t have much to offer. I was o Lt there for a night.

Terrible! No daily housekeeping, rude staff, had to take out own garbage to avoid fee, weird smell in room.

Not enough available irons

Clean room friendly staff kitchen and laundry available.

Lean nice property kinda noisy and Smokey the air conditioner vents let in Canada wildfire smole

Hotel staff was terrible and people there was kind of scary to stay with and area was shady as well. Inside the room it was dirty not cleaned properly and room had some bad smell

I can highly recommend.very clean. Nice area.

They gotta clean better but overall it’s okay

The convenience of booking at anytime

The only thing I didn’t like about was that at 2 am when we were sleeping someone from the staff opens the door and walk inside the room asking if everything was okay.

What breakfast. You didn't even have coffee The bed was too hard the microwave didn't work

Location Uncleanliness (sudsy residue on door knob and lock) (hair in tub and bed) Non working items ( Room phone broken) + (WiFi didn’t work at all… Name and Room number wasn’t a match) Customer Service ( Front Desk staff was a little overwhelmed causing a non buzz in into the entrance) (Front desk staff in the morning Did not ask “How was my stay” etc instead of just “Drop your room key”)

Great place, will always recommend.
