BWI Airport Marriott

Great 10-story location 6 min from airport & 15 min straight shot via Parkway into downtown B-more's stadiums. Not new but very clean, incl. carpets. The in-house food was stellar and not cheap, but reasonable as far as major hotel pricing goes. One of my rooms had a missing closet door, which are mirrors, so someone must have broken it. The elevator to the pool &:workout room was out of service also. Ample parking; not a problem to return later at night.

The facility was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, big choice of options to eat. Would definitely stay here again if in town. Airport shuttle was amazing.

They charge you for everything INCLUDING THE BREAKFAST!! It is like $12 or $24 per person for breakfast buffet style we just left and got breakfast somewhere else. The “Starbucks” is not a Starbucks they just have the sign and cups but nothing Starbucks related. One of the workers was extremely rude to me when i asked if they had any silverware. Overall only good for the room which is extremely disappointing for a hotel that up charges for everything.

Spacious rooms, handicap accessible

Nice, clean room, Lobby, and friendly staff. Only one night stay with an early departure, but everything went smoothly. Parking can be a bit tough, due to the long-term parking, however, it was the best airport accommodations we’ve had.

Convenient location was a plus but my favorite part was the front desk staff who were truly outstanding representatives of the Marriott brand. Towels in the bathroom, coffee only 1 reg and 1 decaf.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location and shuttle service to the airport. Room service spotty. Contacted front desk for various request including towels...still waiting for them after checking out.

The front desk staff was amazing I had an incident with my hot water running and I believe her name was Katie she was so helpful and amazing! Hotel very clean and friendly

And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect.
