Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lancaster-Lititz by IHG

Breakfast was very good and staff was welcoming to our large dog.

The location was very convenient, the folks were very friendly and our room was very clean.

Good hotel. Great breakfast. Great bed.

We stayed while visiting family for a baptism, and the local Ren Faire must have driven prices mad. Fair hotel, strong bleach smell, not worth what we paid though. It’s just a holiday inn express, not the ritz.

The lighting had been updated. Clean and bright room. Bath room need a grab bar in the shower/tub. Management said they would look into that issue. Breakfast was good.

Everything. Nothing

It was clean Nothing

Exceptional

The property has undergone a transformation, and not for the better. Harsh lighting, rush-job peeling paint in my room, uncomfortable furniture (you couldn’t see the television from the couch), a stark and sterile color palette. The breakfast area has all the warmth and charm of a public school cafeteria. The whole interior screams CHEAP!!! Very disappointing. Probably will not return.

Enjoyed the fitness center

Everything was great, especially the staff. Definitely will return ❤️ Nothing, everything was perfect!

Exceptional

Will not stay here again. Horrible musty smell. Room was damp including bedding and towels.

Our first night there was a Saturday, there were young boys running and shouting in the halls. After complaining to the front desk, the noise settled down. Also the phone in our room would not connect to front desk....had constant busy signal.

location was wonderful and nice restaurants near by

Definitely will go back. Everything was good.

Location, cleanliness, and front desk staff Nothing
