Lititz Pointe Inn and Suites

Clean, comfortable No staff at all, trying to get inside during severe weather watch, rain coming in sideways and soaking me as I was talking to a person , could barely hear due to wind, thunder and rain. Once we got in, had to use facilities but none , just went to room ,finally got in room, then got notified on phone to seek shelter now on lowest floor. I found out I dislike no front desk, felt basically unsafe. What if we needed something, like extra blankets or coffee, or ask questions ?

It was well located for our purpose and very spartan but clean. There were no amenities such as breakfast or free coffee in the morning, that would have been nice.

Great set up. When reserving it would be good to know about stairs as being a senior would have preferred the 1 st floor.

Very clean and quiet stay

Exceptional

The property was very clean, quiet and comfortable! The cleaning staff were on site a good portion of the day and were very friendly and helpful. The room keypads were a little temperamental but there were no real issues. We had several rooms booked for a wedding weekend.

this was an excellent place to stay, for us. We didnt need a lot of amenities, but this hotel did have what we needed. A refrigerator, microwave, TV with Disney+ (something we dont have a home), ice available, excellent bathroom facilities. Beds super comfortable. this was a very clean place also, much appreciated. This was our first time checking in and out virtually, so we were a bit nervous, but it all worked smoothly and the staff answered any messages we sent very promptly.

Didn't get breakfast

Very clean Actually nothing

Room was clean and neat. Everything we needed.
