Lititz Pointe Inn and Suites

This was our first experience at Lititz Point and a bnb motel. Clean good room, easy check in.

Close parking to the front door, clean rooms and a quiet place.

I like the clean comfy room. The location is great, within minutes of where I need to be. Not sure.

Nice & clean, quiet place with very few guests. No staff-very different, but ok as we didnt need anything.

Location It felt a little stir up without any front desk person

I went out to my car to get something left my cell phone inside, which had the codes in it, and I was locked outside for half an hour till someone came by. This new concept is not good.

This is an unmanned, virtual front desk hotel. Property sends front door access code, room nimber, and room access code within 24-36 hours before check in. Main lobbies, hallways, and rooms were very clean. There were phone numbers available if you had any problems. Hotel was quiet, rooms had a fridge, microwaves, coffeemaker with assorted coffees and teas, blow dryer, plenty of towels, and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice shower, good size refrigerator and microwave. Host was very hospitable and very easy to communicate with if anything was needed. Also host made sure to check on us to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and staff has been the same both times.

Rooms are always kept clean, and it was one of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed in. I love how it is also smaller so it makes it less overwhelming to travelers who are not familiar with the area.

I loved the minimal contact with the option to text or call for assistance. When texting, the respond quickly and ensure all the amenities are accessible. The bathroom was super clean which is a priority especially when traveling with little ones. Also loved the keyless methods with codes provided upon check-in. I would definitely rebook when back in the area.
