Rooms very clean. Pool area could use an update. Hot tub not working well.

Back in the room, while taking a shower the shower head was quite corroded and would only work in the power massage mode otherwise water wasn’t able to come out in more than a trickle. The freezer part of the refrigerator was so coated in ice build up from the condenser that we couldn’t put our gel packs (thawed so flexible) in to refreeze them, but the refrigerator part worked well. I did get a couple of texts, once we checked in with helpful reminders, like when breakfast was but the kept addressing me by only my last name. Check in and check out was very easy.

This is our second time staying here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. Excellent breakfast selections and of course the pool area is a favorite with the kids!

The water slides and pool were a huge hit with the kids! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Our family absolutely loved the water park. We loved having it to ourselves the majority of our time there. It does need some repairs like hot tub floor. But overall it was nice. It appeared some updates needing to be done but nothing that hindered our stay. The breakfast, staff and amenities were all wonderful. Our room refrigerator needed to be thawed our the freezer was icing over.

Room was weird door didnt shut cause the bed was in the way and a closet was off the hook.. but they were super nice people water park was really cool for my littles! Breakfast was on point beside the room being odd it was good

I actually meant to give this a better rating like 7/10. Under new(er) ownership. The Hottub jets didn't work & the water was luke warm. The kiddies pool isn't heated at all, is super cold. The regular pool was great & warm. The rooms are very nice & updated, super nice, clean!!! On check out day,, the keys are deactivated before check out time, a huge pain. You have to keep going to the desk if you want to use the pool early in the morning before check out. Its hard to load up your car also to keep getting back in building with keys deactivated. The breakfast buffet is great! Eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, biscuits & gravy, coffee, juices, etc. The staff is very nice! Especially the lady that runs the kitchen. Sorry, forgot to get pics this time. This place is 1 of my family favorites, so we will stay again. I just hope they don't continue to deactivate the keys too soon ( that's a huge turn off) Also please add heat to the kiddies pool! Please fix the hottub & make sure its hot, not Luke warm ( we used it a lot in past) Thank you!

This is the first opportunity I’ve ever used to rate a motel and this motel did an excellent job and I would recommend it to anybody and I was very thankful to the staff. They’re very kind and thoughtful.
