The staff were extremely helpful upon arrival. Parking was accessible. The room was comfortable and roomy.

Elevator was not working

Elevator to second and third floor was broken so you had to take the steps with your luggage. They only comp that inconvenience with a free drink at the bar. The rooms smelt old and molded but were clean just smelly. Bar drinks were good and amenities pool and balcony were ok. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Very clean

Just 2 remarks that made a difference in the quality of my stay. The elevator to the 3rd floor was under repair, I traveled with 3 kids and a dog, made things more difficult. The 2nd thing was that the restaurant did not have a kids menu or portion. Super over priced for below average flavor. My kids disliked the orange juice and lemonade and no syrup to go with waffles and they ran out of tortillas for the breakfast tacos. Other than that, it’s a super chic and lovely interior design. Beds were comfortable with pleasant staff those things are most important.

The room and staff were excellent. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant on the 4th floor that offers basic fair and full bar. View is beautiful from this part of the hotel. Setup is a little odd for the property. Check-in is on the 4th floor (top floor). The elevator in the entrance only goes to the 4th floor. Unfortunately the other elevator that stops at the 2nd and 3rd floors did not work. We had to take the elevator to the 4th floor then walk down stairs to get to our room each time we came back. I imagine that will be resolved at some point.

2 elevators, 1 broken. Used the elevator and it broke. 4th floor down stairs with a car seat and 1.5 year old. They didn’t clean the room on day 2. Had to ask for new towels as they told me they would clean it and did not and we left towels on the ground for that reason. Asked for 3 towels, one for myself, the wife and one for the child. They could only provide us with 2 as they had no more. Day 3, we requested room service, the maid does not speak English had to use translator… and they provided clean towels, didn’t vacuum or clean sheets. Do not feel the place provides what they offer or say they will.

The room was very clean with updated decor and paint. The lobby was nicely maintained. The elevator had an odor (the one that worked). Pool was very clean. Location was the best part. The hotel is part of a community that includes restaurants, entertainment, and you are 5 minutes from and very clean beach.

Everything went as expected. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the stay was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great experience. Attentive and kind staff. Clean, pet friendly, pretty quiet. Small and off the main roads.

The view from the 4th floor was amazing. Nice area to walk. Ice cream parlor a few steps away. Could have had more breakfast options at the bar since advertised as a restaurant. 4 night stay. Only requested maid service one night. The small bar of soap on the bathroom sink split in half and they did not replace. Pillows hard. Thinking of buying one when stay there again. Overall nice place to stay. Convenient to everything.

Elevator was down, 3rd floor hallway smelled like mold, pool was down, staff was not on top of anything. Room itself was clean. Place wasn’t expensive but staff and issues makes it hard to suggest
