Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Little Rock Otter Creek

The office attendant was awesome Rooms could use some cosmetic attention

Room was fairly clean but beds were uncomfortable. Had great hot water though.

Nothing The front desk was rude and worker cursed me out and told me to leave and wait 30 min for my confirmation to show up. It was a winter storm and I wanted to remain in the warm building until she said she were ready. No I got cursed out very unpleasant feeling at this location.

Price Did not live up to what it advertised. Mainly non smoking rooms and breakfast included. Rooms smelled heavily of smoke and we were told that because of a mchine break down no breakfast was available. Staff didn’t even apologize.

No coffee maker in the room No lounge. No coffee at the office window

Staff was acceptable,but not friendly at all: Refrigerator didn’t work in the room,so 4 stars kinda pushes it.

The room smelled like moth balls. The door lock broke and we had to walk to the front desk three times. In twenty degree weather.

It was near many amenities Parking lot used to have a pool apparently. Area wasn't marked and I damn near broke an axel going over what used to be a pool. The staff charged a black person a damage deposit where as they didn't charge me any. Girlfriend lost property and they told us they threw it away. There was blood stains on the sheets

A/C unit was loud and there was a cockroach in the room.

No coffee, no breakfast.
