Super 8 by Wyndham Little Rock/Otter Creek

Room was fairly clean but beds were uncomfortable. Had great hot water though.

Staff was acceptable,but not friendly at all: Refrigerator didn’t work in the room,so 4 stars kinda pushes it.

The room smelled like moth balls. The door lock broke and we had to walk to the front desk three times. In twenty degree weather.

The bathroom sink was busted up, but it worked, couldn't really shave, the stopper was busted.

Room was shabby, there were holes in the privacy curtain on the window, the lamp shades had holes in them and were askew. The staff were unfriendly. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke which was noticable as soon as I opened the door. Because my experience with the staff was so unpleasant I had no desire to speak with them again. Because the smell was so bad I went and bought a can of Febreeze and sprayed the entire room and bathroom down with it just to make it tolerable. I will probably never book a room from Super 8 again because of this experience.

MOTEL 6 AMENITIES….NONE

I arrived a 6pm and the front reception was closed. Inside was a female employee who appeared to be upset at my presence. There was a window with a slot where I has to check in. I was meet by a hostile individual who yelled at me through the Plexiglas. The voice slot was block and to communicate I had to raise my voice. The reservation was canceled!

The rooms stink and when you ask for a less stinky room they want to charge you an upgrade fee horrible customer service

Clean rooms

Might have been a 5 IF, front desk folks weren't so rude, if there wasn't a leak in the bath room that kept the floor wet, if there had been hot water at the sink, if there was coffee at least in the lobby, if getting a down stairs room wasn’t a $23.00 "upgrade"......

No weekend room service that’s the problem so u don’t get clean towels are anything

Staff wasn’t very friendly other than the maintenance guy. No breakfast. No coffee. No housekeeping. Have to pay extra for towels. We had to use our same towels for four days.

There was a leak from the toilet that kept the floor constantly wet. I did not report it since we spent so little time there. There were coffee cups, but no coffee pot. We were puzzled. Check-in & out was efficient. No smiles from any staff tho... Plenty of pillows was nice and clean, white bedding.
