Great location, kind staff and great breakfast

Nice and clean perfect

The 1st room I checked in had a mildew smell so I had to switch to another room. Once I turned the AC unit on same mildew smell again a little less this time. Bed was comfortable. Next day took a shower water wound not drain. No maintenance to fix the situation, left for a concert came back water still didn't drain out. Was offered a different room but was too tired to move. Was told we could take a shower in a different room in the morning that was good. I was told they would refund me for the day for the inconvenience was told to call the manager haven't got a response yet. Will post the results when I hear from them. This hotel is definitely a 1 and done.

Aside from the room being dated, it was an ok stay, The upside to this particular location was that it was close to a lot of stores Walmart, BJs, Wegmans among several restaurants and fast food places. The rooms can definitely benefit from an upgrade. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The free breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Excellent Nothing

The staff weren’t well to trained and the pool had a nasty film on top . Also the breakfast was disappointing . I feel I paid to much for the room it was dated. Also the shelves in the shower were disgusting.

It was just ok. I paid about double what it should have been worth, in my opinion.

Nice place.. but a little...

Check-in was great; I was offered a choice of floors, and there were cookies. Room was well-appointed, comfortable, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good, and an attendant was on-duty the whole time. For some reason, the breakfast room was very warm, but it seemed to be getting better as we left. This hotel was a bit further off the beaten path than we were looking for (10-15 minutes away from I-90), but we were glad we found it and would stay here again.

I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!

This is an ideal place if you're looking for a weekend getaway, staff were great, breakfast wasn't out of this world, but it honestly served its purpose. Always fresh. Easy and free parking on the premises, and we felt safe. Loved that it was dog friendly ..

Overall, we had a good stay. We had asked for an earlier check-in before a drum corps show so we wouldn't have to check-in close to midnight after it had finished. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned, which was fine. The big problem was that we were there two nights but our keys weren't programmed properly so we had to have them recoded TWICE during our stay when we were locked out of our room. That has never happened before and is a clear sign of incompetence by two different hosts at the front desk. The bedroom area had a odd and unsettling smell and it was difficult to tell where it was coming from. It was most likely some kind of vape or weed product trapped in the carpets. The breakfast is important to us and it was good, although ending at 9:30am is a bit earlier than we like.

Clean - comfortable - standard Comfort Inn you expect. Everyone was nice as well.

Clean, friendly staff easy location let us check in early Room smelled faintly like a wet dog . The carpet was damp and we arrived early so we figured they had just washed the carpet
