Comfort Inn & Suites Liverpool - Syracuse

Great area except located close to highway. Room was good but seating was not comfortable. Breakfast was good. Noise of traffic and from upper room kept me awake most of the night.

It was a comfortable and clean stay

Clean, attentive staff Our room was cleaned when I had a do not disturb sign on

Stay would have been much better if they didn’t let people bring barking dogs into the establishment. Definitely not a $230 stay listing to that at 3:20 I. The morning

👌👍

Check in staff are always welcoming and friendly and they make you feel glad that you chose to stay there. Also rooms are very clean. Housekeeping staff has been attentive to any needs that I have as in bringing extra towels, emptying trash, etc. Breakfast has variety and is always available between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Also beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Greater Syracuse area.

Exceptional

2. I smelt perfume when I slept on the left side of the bed. But I didn't smell perfume when I slept on the right side of the bed. So I determine the bed set was not properly cleaned. 3. The refrigerator was as loud as a tractor. I couldn't fall asleep. So I called the front and the front told me to unplug it.

Ensuring the rooms are properly cleaned before check in as it seemed that the carpets weren’t vacuumed prior to our arrival.

Très bien sauf pas assez de serviette pour la douche et le déjeuner était pas super à comparer à certain hôtel le service était bien

Absolutely NOTHING They changed the room I booked because THEY overbooked the hotel without my knowledge. We checked in at 2 am. I had called earlier in the day to alert them to that fact and to pay my balance. At no time did they tell me they changed my room. The sheets were FILTHY!!

was a kid with a master key that offered to help open our door... weird, and they messed up our door card and only swiped it for one night instead of three

Passable

It’s a quiet and relaxing at

Clean & Quiet…

I had lost my phone and someone turned it into the front desk. That made my visit Beds were comfortable enough but too high. I'm 5'6 in.and it was a task to get into the bed

They do not price match! They do not refund your money. If it is stolen by the machines! They will move you if you complain about the noise and not move the noise makers!!! They treat Diamond Elite members with disdain!

location was great and enough parkings available.

Everything was great.
