Nice and clean except shower and shower head. Top of shower head really dirty.

Nice location & very comfortable Breakfast was lacking a bit. No milk for the cereal but thankful for the small variety to have something to eat before traveling. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly Beds weren’t very comfortable

Powdered Eggs-- YUCK. When free breakfast is offered you get the cheapest yuck choices. The hotel smelled like natural gas. The bathroom door did not fully close due to the countertop blocking it. Mirrors were dirty / streaked. I had to wipe them off myself.
-
Clean facilities over all Overwhelming smell of natural gas during the whole stay in the main lobby area.

The hotel said they did not get paid So I had to pay again then the hotel water went out and we were told if we wanted any comp we had to leave by 3pm They were not at all understanding I will not go back

Quaint and easily accessible to downtown Restaurant was not up in running but it’s looking good! Can’t wait for construction to be completed

Good price There was a strong gas smell in the foyer. We were told this was from the laundry . They were remodeling, so no free breakfast. The pump went out on the last day we were there, so no hot water for a shower.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. When we got there to check in, I was told the water pressure was very low. They said we could cancel our stay but we would not get a refund. We stayed. The water pressure was very low and there was no hot water at all. After my husband complained, they adjusted the water but it was too little too late. We were checking out. Very poorly run hotel. Hallway smelled like burned popcorn. They have an area for eating but no breakfast was served. There are not many places to stay in Livingston. We thought this was going to be one of the better options. We were wrong!

We were told at 2:30 that we had till 3 in order to get a refund.

The hotel location was convenient for me. I was happy and do appreciate getting a room at 3.00am to sleep. We drove to Houston from Nashville TN. All the staff l met were very friendly and pleasant. Johnnie took the time to share some of his favorite spots to eat while l stayed at the hotel. The hotel is under new management so the kitchen for breakfast and the laundry room is closed. They could have offered a bagel or muffin for the coffee in the morning.
