The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was very clean and the grounds looked good. The room had carpet and fabric chairs that looked dated and not clean. The A/C unit had a very musty odor blowing through. Not the standard I expected from a Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, convenient to I-75. If you’re pulling anytime of trailer there is no parking for it.

The check-in agent was on personal phone call through the process. First for everything! The breakfast was below par. Will not be stopping at this hotel in the future

The Commodes were too low to floor for seniors that have bad knees and back. Also the TV channels tucked. They could have had antenna stations would have been better.

Location, nice room after 3rd change. Grounds were so, so. Beds seemed old, not real comfy. Breakfast buffet was missing biscuits & gravy, as advertised. Coffee not in buffet line. Thought room was over priced.
