Upon arrival I was greeted warmly as if I was a VIP. I was taken back to fine the Hotel staff were going through a change of operations. Both staff old as well as new were working together and I was treated as a family member. Hilton Hotel are our go to place to enjoy our stay when I travel.

The room wasn’t clean like other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at. The room furnishings weren’t as nice, and towels available were the minimum amount. We’ve made it a point to stay at Hampton Inn’s, so this was disappointing.

Clean property, room was cold but that can be adjusted, some like it cold. Never got the time to swim but the gate was closed to the pool when I went out there to check it out. I supposed one needs a key or code to get in. The location is perfect and near many restaurants, stores and very close to the Tanger Outlet which is a good one. This was my 2nd stay and I will stay at this hotel again.

After each day of residency, housekeeping did or did not clean the room. The first day, the beds were not changed, nor the bathroom (cleaned or with new towels). The second day—nothing was cleaned or updated. The room was also without an ironing board.

The first room I was put in had a dirty fridge and the tv did not work. Got moved to a second room. The walls are not very clean or the showers. Great front desk staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was very clean and the grounds looked good. The room had carpet and fabric chairs that looked dated and not clean. The A/C unit had a very musty odor blowing through. Not the standard I expected from a Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, convenient to I-75. If you’re pulling anytime of trailer there is no parking for it.

The staff were super friendly, great comfortable room, convenient location at a great price. Lots of good filling and tasty foods at the continental breakfast.

The check-in agent was on personal phone call through the process. First for everything! The breakfast was below par. Will not be stopping at this hotel in the future

The Commodes were too low to floor for seniors that have bad knees and back. Also the TV channels tucked. They could have had antenna stations would have been better.
