close parking Filthy mess and unsafe area with homeless wandering the parking lot all night long triggering car alarms to go off. When I first got to the room there was eminence of dog poop in multiple spots in the room. Since I prePaid for the room I went and bought gloves a mop disinfectant and cleaned myself. Then the big red 2 to 3 inch red Sacramento sewer cockroaches came out. I complained to the front desk and they said they’d send somebody to spray but because i had my dog with me, i said no because i didn’t want my dog sick from the pesticides. The manager then called said they’d have me switch rooms but because i had cleaned the room for hours, i didn’t want to have to clean another so i stayed. I did develop a skill for putting a plastic cup over the carpet cockroach and sliding a paper cup under it to carry it outside as the disinfectant spray only slowed them down but didn’t kill them. I am sure my blood pressure went up over this whole experience. Also TV dish was programmed to only run an hour and would shut off every hour and you’d have to contact a satellite to reconnect and that took 15 minutes so you missed what you were watching. The water pressure in the shower. and toilet were extremely low so hard to wash shampoo out and you had to flush 3 times to get it down.

We drove from a winery to this hotel and talk about a complete change in scenery. It became beautiful surroundings to a sketchy area. As we drove, it got worse. We got to the red light to turn and there were several homeless people. There was a beat up liquor store at the corner and a lot of closed businesses. The hotel itself looked well kept but we just could not even go in because we knew we were not staying there. I think what really made our decision was when we parked there was a metal pig in the window of one of the rooms which tells us people live there.

have been here before and had my reservation cancelled so you may ask why we would stay there again but there aren't as many options if you are going to the grape and wine festival nearby and want to walk - this time our reservation was honored and we did purchase the reservation insurance just to be sure. the place is pretty low key but we just crash there so don't mind that.

Staff was very nice and room was very clean. I think if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodations in Lodi this is a good place, especially if you are attending anything at the fair grounds.
-
He room had a slight smell, holes in the wall , and light bulbs that were out. The TV was also broken. If I wasnt just needing a room and bed for the night while I went to a convention in town I would have tried to get a room at any other motel.
-
Clean and well maintained Cocoa Puffs and Captain Crunch with bread do not constitute a continental breakfast
-
Beds were comfortable and prices were good. Upon arrival at 4pm they said our room was still not ready and we couldn’t check in till past 7pm. Also the Tv did not work there was no satellite connection.
-
The hotel share the parking lot with a gaming store so parking fills up fast, hotel staff does come out to verify guests get priority parking on their side.

The motel is basic and offers a limited selection of breakfast items, including cereals, coffee, and bread. The condition of room 107 was acceptable, but there were some issues. The washbasin was cracked, the bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust, and it was very loud. While the microwave was functional, the dish inside did not rotate. Room service was good, but we had to request it, as it was only provided every other day. The worst part if you are staying at this motel, you have to get your own water bottle case and there are none provided by the staff.

The front staff manager Peter was extremely outgoing and solution oriented. Our fridge was making some noise at night and he had a new refrigerator purchased the next day. I feel extremely safe at this location fostered by a vigilant management team. Super affordable rates!!!
