It took us 3 rooms to finally get one clean enough to sleep in, the first one hadn’t been touched from the previous guest, trash, sheets in the ground, the second smeller horrible, from the second you walked in. The 3rd room was okay, it was run down, there was an old blood stain to some sort on the sheets but looked like it had been cleaned, multiple dead bugs and one living. Neither of the other entrances key card readers work, so you were up to the person leaving a rock to keep the door propped open, otherwise you had to go through the main entrance and walk the stairs entire length of the hotel to get to your room. The breakfast advertised that keeps us coming back to Holidays inns, they didn’t have anything one day and the others have the stuff like the pancakes didn’t work and they were out of any other sort of bakery items to make up for it, and never restocked. This was nice hotel that we stayed at many of times over the years but based off this experience will never go back.

I would like money back for the first night I stayed at this hotel 7/25. There was black mold in the bathroom and I had to switch rooms which made me late for an engagement I had.

We booked a room with 2 queens. Got a room with 1 king and a sofa bed. TV volume was not working. The front desk staff tried fixing it and could not. Asked if we could wait for housekeeping in the morning.

Place is very clean and staff was very attentive and respectful, however the toilet seat and lid were very loose sliding all over the place. NO soap bar in the room, not even available for purchase at the lobby, only body wash. Ice maker on the 3rd floor fully disconnected. Breakfast was very mediocre compared other Holliday In Express facilities that I have stayed at. I’ve stayed at this location many times in the past but I will consider other options from now on.

The overall experience was great. Had rooms cleaned daily. Thank you for taking care of us while we had an extended stay.

The rooms were nice. Coffee machine was broke when the outdoor doors wouldn’t open with the card.

Very clean and convenient for our stay Lodi. The lack of drink choices and food choices in the lobby. No bottled water in our room. All we had was decaf coffee.

The staff was amazing! They were so helpful! The common area was fantastic for our big group! The prices were very high. I think because it was graduation weekend, and the prices went up considerably.

The location. The breakfast was very good. Customer service was not available no coffee not enough towels for three adults the fan in the bathroom did not work.
