Unity Hotel - No Parking & Rooms Are Upstairs

The view was about it The whole no hot water the TV didn't work the rudeness of the hotel person answering the phone a d hanging up on me when I just wanted to know if you received my booking

I arrived around 5:30 PM, and there was no one at the front desk. The area was extremely cluttered, with papers taped everywhere, and there were no clear instructions on how to check in. I called the property and received no response. After waiting, I went through a gated door that led toward the rooms, assuming I would find someone to assist. At that point, a woman came out of one of the rooms and began yelling at me, accusing me of “breaking in.” She told me I should have rung a doorbell. I went back, exited the gate, rang the doorbell as instructed—and she then told me she refused to check me in specifically because she believed I had broken in, despite my confirmed, prepaid reservation. I was ultimately denied service entirely and had to leave and book another hotel. This was not a misunderstanding—the entire situation felt unprofessional and disorganized, and it did not resemble a legitimate hotel check-in process. Be aware: - There may be no staff present at check-in - There are no clear instructions for guests - You risk being denied access even with a valid reservation I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere to avoid the risk of being turned away with no place to stay.

Gets the job done, affordable. Parking was chaotic. Unexpected cash only deposit, luckily there is an atm within walking distance.

Nothing. We didn't get to stay. Property manager said she never got paid even though the money was taken from our checking account.

Don’t go here it’s not worth the stay the lady is very disrespectful won’t give me my money back I worked along 12 hour shift and couldn’t make it and I tried to cancel and the rude disrespectful lady didn’t want to give me my refund just kept my money go somewhere else and they have bugs and the floor and the entire place is cold and dirty The lady’s is very disrespectful and never understanding and I didn’t like that it had bugs and was very dirty

The smell in the room The smell of the bed sheets. How tit was not as clean as it should be, even for a modest hotel.

When I complained about the cockroaches in the entire accommodation, the lady said, "The building is old." It never came to her mind that their presence was more due to the lack of cleaning, sealing holes, etc, rather than the age of the building.

The room was covered in cockroaches the walls, the bed everything the bathroom, the shower we did not stay there we left we called booking.com to get a refund. No one wants to give us a refund. The room was covered in cockroaches, walls, floor bed, shower toilet sink. What did the manager do? Gave us a bottle of specified we left.

Unbeatable prices ! NO doubt. Feels safe secure as long as you don’t go outside and stay away from the screenless windows if you happen to get the room I got. Essentials well stocked as expected to be unlike the staff’s unnecessary nagging that comes with it as he handed me the toilet tree roll on my 2nd day inn booked here at this “NO housekeepers land” Staff . No words would convince u about my experience here . Sounds exaggerated even for me when I think about just explaining my stay. It’s unreal how disrespectful the owner herself was even after she tried denying my deposit because apparently, I was supposed to empty out my room’s trash cans out way in back of this, idk what; motel/ ?apartment complex?

It was cheap and had WiFi and cable. Room was not cleaned at all. Dirt marks everywhere. Small roaches moving around. They had rat poop in the draws. Under the cabinet was a tortilla bag eaten by rats. Toilets was dirty and poop spots. Room had an awful smell. No bathroom mirror. Front desk came knocking before my check out asking if I was staying or leaving. Picture had a bathtub and I got a shower head. I can hear the noises outside since I was near the main entrance. Microwave was not working properly. The window outside had joints like if they smoked in the room. I don’t know if they do laundry but everything smelled odd. Window didn’t have glass so anyone from my side of the building could get in.
