Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast. Fast check-in process even though I had a late arrival. Couple of issues with the room. The light switch by the door didn't turn anything on or off. And the toilet ran all night.

Having the TV on an outlet that is run by a light switch is most inconvenient. Something WAS written above the light switch, but had been mostly rubbed off. Try using a label maker. Internet password info on the top of the headboard is also not convenient. Didn’t see that until checking out. Since it’s on a sticky, I suggest having it by the TV. There also was no information in the room about times the pool was open (if there were any) nor times that breakfast was served. We ended up walking to McDonalds. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the property has seen better days. The hot tub was closed but the pool was very nice and warm. Our room was pretty gross. Carpet would turn your feet or socks black. The room was very damp and you couldn’t see out of the windows they were so dirty. My wife also found a silver fish in the sink. Also the apple juice and orange juice at breakfast and black specs in the juice. Could have been fruit flies.

Greeted by friendly, personable staff ranks high on my list and we were! We felt the warm atmosphere from the start. The staff saw us and made us feel welcomed. Our room was better than expected. The king bed was so comfortable, the A/C was quiet! We appreciate the sink and counter separate from the toilet and tub/shower. We had a peaceful, quiet night. The breakfast was tasty with all the options available. Safe and secure neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here.

The staff and house keeping were wonderful. Nice location in Long Lake with easy access to everything.

The staff are amazing! We had a great time with family and the location was good. This is an older hotel and much of our issues have to do with Wyndom, not local staff. They need to spend some money on upgrades, including the air system, which was blowing a very unpleasant smell into our room. Perhaps certain rooms are set aside when booking through a 3rd party app and this was the issue but it warrants attention. Also, as others have mentioned, the hot tub didn’t work, which we didn’t care about since it was 92°! Again, the staff were amazing!

Room smelled like smoke and dirty

When we arrived, we were happy to see an nice clean hotel and staff that was there immediately to check us in. The check in process was incredibly fast and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. We had a big mini fridge and a functional microwave. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly, including the iron. The next day we were about to head out and the man at the front desk stopped us and asked if it was ok if they entered our room because they were switching services for the the television. We said no problem and when we came back hours later, the front desk staff were in the middle of helping a customer but they asked the customer to wait and without being asked he handed us our new room keys. After they let the person in our room to switch TV services, they thought it was best to cancel all cards and give us new ones, just in case. Who does that now a days? 10 out of 10. The next morning I tried their continental breakfast. It was as expected and not bad in any way. The yogurt was within date and the bagel was soft. All in all, great stay, great hotel, great staff!

Well we had moled in the Bathroom on the walls!!!! and our TV didn't have Cable all night long!!! The man at the front desk said that it goes in and out but ours didn'tThen we were going to go in the Hottub and there wasn't any water in the Hottub !!! It was broke! They said on the phone that the Hottub worked!!! I wanted the man at the front desk to take money

Our tv did not work. The hot tub was down. We wanted breakfast, but it was already taken down. There was mold on the ceilings. And staff walked in our room in the am without knocking.

Was not notified at check in that hot tub was under construction, pool was ice cold. Very clean facility, nice big room. Digital coffee machine in the dining area made horrible coffee, everyone was dumping it down the sink. No creamer available anyway. Breakfast would have been good if the hot food bins were not empty and no staff around tending to it!

Just a regular degular hotel.
