Room smelled like smoke and dirty

When we arrived, we were happy to see an nice clean hotel and staff that was there immediately to check us in. The check in process was incredibly fast and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. We had a big mini fridge and a functional microwave. The room was clean and everything worked perfectly, including the iron. The next day we were about to head out and the man at the front desk stopped us and asked if it was ok if they entered our room because they were switching services for the the television. We said no problem and when we came back hours later, the front desk staff were in the middle of helping a customer but they asked the customer to wait and without being asked he handed us our new room keys. After they let the person in our room to switch TV services, they thought it was best to cancel all cards and give us new ones, just in case. Who does that now a days? 10 out of 10. The next morning I tried their continental breakfast. It was as expected and not bad in any way. The yogurt was within date and the bagel was soft. All in all, great stay, great hotel, great staff!

Well we had moled in the Bathroom on the walls!!!! and our TV didn't have Cable all night long!!! The man at the front desk said that it goes in and out but ours didn'tThen we were going to go in the Hottub and there wasn't any water in the Hottub !!! It was broke! They said on the phone that the Hottub worked!!! I wanted the man at the front desk to take money

Our tv did not work. The hot tub was down. We wanted breakfast, but it was already taken down. There was mold on the ceilings. And staff walked in our room in the am without knocking.

Was not notified at check in that hot tub was under construction, pool was ice cold. Very clean facility, nice big room. Digital coffee machine in the dining area made horrible coffee, everyone was dumping it down the sink. No creamer available anyway. Breakfast would have been good if the hot food bins were not empty and no staff around tending to it!

Just a regular degular hotel.

The hot tub was closed. We wouldn’t have stayed here if they would let people know beforehand.

It was about the only choice in the area we needed to be. Nothing special. Cheap amenities…towels, TP, plastic utensils and glasses, no outdoor patio or seating. The price was not supported by the grade of accommodations.

Toliet needs repair. It wanted to drain all night but we tried to fix it while we were there. Cleaning people were amazing. Property was beautiful.

Friendly staff. Is under new owner n management

Staff was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was decent and several of the group really enjoyed the food.

Staff was VERY accommodating when we asked for a room on the first floor. We didn't use the pool/hot tub or have breakfast in the morning so I cannot comment on that. The room was quiet and clean.

The pool was like an ice box and the hot tub was down, the fridge didn’t work, there was men’s pee on the back of the toilet in our room, we asked for extra towels the front desk person gave us wet ones, the breakfast was limited and wasn’t even hot, and the ice machine was down.

Centrally located to everything Lake Minnetonka offers. And affordable. They use styrofoam products in their dining room. No outdoor patio space.

Beautiful hotel, clean quiet area with food/gas nearby. My room was big and clean with comfortable furniture/bed. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably priced. Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up. Not sure what it was, but glad I wasn't staying another night.
