St Regis Longboat Key is nothing short of amazing. The epitome of 5 star luxury. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The staff is exceptional at hospitality. They just get it. I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts and St Regis is one of the absolute BEST! It’s the small details of how they cater to you from the moment you drive on the property. Smooth transition from arrival, to check in, to check out. What stood out the most to me, which is something so simple, but they have the best turndown service of any hotel brand. I would recommend 100x and I cannot wait to return

Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.

We loved our stay except for the loud beds. Everyone we rolled over it made a loud noise. Other than that it was wonderful.

Amazing property. Loved our room with the best sunset view, the restaurants, the pools, the beach and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone!

Beautiful luxury resort, staff were so quick and efficient in setting up chairs with umbrellas, towels, and bottled water at the private beach area. Kids loved the lazy river pool and feeding the tortoises and fish at the lagoon area!

Lovely new five star resort, great room designs w ocean views and great pools. Only issue was getting reservations at the steak restaurant so make sure you book before you arrive.

The St. Regis Longboat Key is on a level of its own. Nothing comes close to the staff and the level of detail with every thing…and I mean everything! Unparalleled excellence! Stunning property!
