We found larvae’s in our shower

We come back time and time again - great location, friendly staff, amazing pool and hot tub, beautiful beach, great food!

We stayed for just one night and we loved it. We traveled with our two mini dachshunds and it was great. Room was clean and comfy, food was good (burger was awesome) and bartenders were great. We’d absolutely come back.

The hotel was clean and safe. The location was good and the free shuttle to St Armand’s was a nice bonus! However, there were a few issues - the room we had was in the Escalera tower and had an outdoor entrance and there was always a huge puddle in front of our door. Our door lock was very particular and we got locked out several times, the poolside amenities were not great - there was a volleyball court with no volleyball so we couldn’t use it. The front desk staff was easily confused and not very responsive. For example, l we called the front desk one night to ask a question and they put us on hold one night for 10 minutes and never called us back.

We are steps from the beach - the chairs and umbrellas are set up for you by the staff. The amenities and rooms are exactly as pictured. The staff is phenomenal. The complimentary valet service just puts the cherry on the top. I will bring family back here forever.

Beautiful beachfront resort with a peaceful atmosphere, clean and modern rooms, and incredibly friendly staff.

Everything was wonderful !!!

Loved the spacious room with a good make up mirror and seat! They really pulled out all the stops. Excellent! There are rules for the beach be aware of them! The resort needs a few coffee flavors just saying! :) Thanks!

Clean and spacious room. Bathroom a little tight but it has a vanity out of the bathroom that helped a lot. Restaurant and bar well maintained with excellent food and service. The beach and pool services were also excellent. Clean pool and hot tub.

The staff was great! The room was spacious . The only problem I encountered was the noisy occupants next door. I stayed for twelve days. The valets were very attentive and prompt in fetching my automobile. I plan on returning next year!

This place is honestly overrated. They pitch the valet as complementary, what they don’t tell you is it’s mandatory. So if you’re in and out of the hotel a lot it’s a real hassle. Also they close the downstairs bar pretty early. The upstairs bar is useless if you want to get drinks for the pool because they don’t even have buckets. They will also kick you out of the pool/hot tub around 10/11. This place is certainly not worth $400+ a night.

Very nice

The property is conveniently located with front beach access, which was a huge plus for us. The staff was very nice and always willing to accommodate you, especially the valet parking guys (free valet). The facilities were clean, although we did notice that the room needed some rehab, especially the carpet, which looked a little outdated. One detail was that the restaurant got very busy during breakfast, and it felt like they did not have enough staff to serve everyone. However, the food was really good, especially the steak and eggs option, which we enjoyed very much. In general, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.
