We stayed here multiple times. It's always amazing

I would have to rate this experience a 3. The resort has stunning views, wonderful food, and attentive staff. We may return, but I can't be sure. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beach. Unfortunately, our suite had a persistent sewage odor in the bathroom that made it difficult to enjoy the room itself. My children complained that they felt like they were going to throw up due to the smell when they needed to use the restroom, forcing us on several occasions to use other bathrooms on the property. The resort acknowledged the issue and provided a $125 credit, which was appreciated, but given the nightly rate of $500 + with tax/fees and that this was one of their premium suites, the odor significantly impacted our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We traveled with our 80 year old family member and everyone went out of their way to make her comfortable. The food was spectacular, and the cocktails were delicious. The walk to the beach is very easy and the pool was wonderful.

We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were kind to offer. The reason I mention this incident is with no intention to discredit this hotel, its just that we were so tired and hot after the weeding we were looking forward to some rest. After that moment, everything was perfect. The staff was great. AC was fixed next morning, The Viento restaurant was the highlight of our stay, all thanks to our server Roger who was the most attentive and gentle server. The food was A+. Beach A++. We would love to go back in the future :)

Everything was great except for a bedroom bathroom drainage smell

Did not like that there were mosquitoes and centipedes in our room. Also, the food was not very good

This property is a great value for money. The staff and service is top notch. I also really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. Very courteous and friendly staff. Altogether a great stay. Will come again!

Service was great I love the option for valet really quick to get your car.

The resort is very clean and well situated. The pool is somewhat small for the amount of guests and very cloudy. The biggest issue is the scheme about the cost of beach chairs/umbrella. While two chairs are advertised as “complimentary” - an umbrella is NOT. No one could sit out in the hot Florida sun without an umbrella and the resort won’t allow you to use your own, so you’re forced to pay $45 per day for an umbrella. In essence the chairs are not free. Well played Zota. It’s petty for an upscale resort property.

Worst of all when we approached front desk the manager was awful. She said if we didn’t want that room she was going to cancel out 2 month old reservation even though we were there for Father’s Day weekend. Her name was Caitlyn Clark, apologies if I misspell the name.

I’m never comeback!

Initial greeting wasn’t as one would expect - poor taste in communication/use of words but a better educated receptionist assured me they’d do better next time

Resort is well keeper beautiful location. Very relaxing and staff is very helpful. Definitely would recommend .

Pool was out of commission for some reason. Was told it would be 1-1.5 hours and the entire day went by and was closed. So that was a bummer. First time here and not sure if I would come back or recommend anyone just on personal experience. Hopefully it was just our luck.

The restaurant food and wine very good ordered alacart. Buffet Ok on Sat. Pool and beach areas are excellent. No problem finding a lounge location around the pool or at the beautiful beach ( just steps to the beach and gulf water). Umbrella beach service Ok. Lounges come with room. The umbrellas are extra. We had two very good service days. On one day the beach umbrella guys were on their phone and forgetful. Nice clean towels and pool side bar and food service available. Easy daily shuttle service to St. Armand’s shopping area. Very relaxing stay. Comfortable and safe.
