We didn't even stay there, when we arrived and before even walking in the grounds were dirty and so was the entrance door, I walked in and wasn't pleased at all, unfortunately I won't reserve a room there again.

No breakfast, no coffee Coffee would've been nice

This is a 1 star motel with very affordable rate. Owners were on site and super friendly accommodating. The property needs some cleaning up and fixing but for an affordable nights stay with the friendlier staff/owners you can imagine I recommend thia motel.

Staff was friendly, courteous....a/c worked great The place is totally opposite to how it's advertised on the website...huge cockroaches in bathroom....TV in room is too small and broken.....door to room dont close well...gaps on door frame are too wide...could see thru hallway....doorframe is damaged to an point of insecurity.....outside appearance to hotel needs lots of work

Floor was falling through in bathroom. Tub was dirty and did not trust the floor was going to fall through. Felt very unsafe staying here and the building says it’s being remodeled but should be condemned. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and if I could have gotten my refund I would have stayed somewhere else.

Bedbugs

Run down building, great people. Sheets had burn holes. Our room didn’t have to.
-
Stained pillow cases, covers full of hair and trash behind bed, shower towels with golf ball size holes, no microwave or refrigerator golf

Everything was perfect. The person in charge was magnifivient and helpful. We will come vsck back again. 10/10

The receptionist was so nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel had an aroma of cigarette smoke throughout the second floor. The heater/AC worked, but required some patience to learn how to turn on from the power plug buttons. There was a missing knob on the heater/AC system, so you had full heat and no other option to change the settings without pliers or other tool. The temperature setting did not seem to make a difference, you either had the room extremely hot or the heater/AC off and extremely cold. Sink faucet was quite difficult to turn on without applying additional muscle to ensure you pulled the faucet up to turn on and not over pull and receive a tidal wave of water. Beds were made fairly well, but sheets and covers seemed to be either old, used, dusty, or reused several times. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases, but were soft and definitely kept you warm. Wind from outside was extreme and caused so much noise from the window and building, it was almost eerie. Door was able to be secured by door lock and latch. Front door of inn was not working properly and not the correct type of door for the inn; required additional muscle to open and close. Outside lighting was very well lit and there was plenty of parking available. Good place for a quick overnight to sleep and move on and not much more, but would not fully recommend for family or long stays. I hope the inn is upgraded because there is potential, but current status requires additional work.

Also, we left around 6:20, no free breakfast was available at the time if that’s something important to you.

The motel was shut down by the state of New Mexico in September. The credit card charges through Expedia for a motel that doesn’t exist is considered fraud. A full refund of monies is required in order to stop fraud charges against the property owner and Expedia. Local residents that I spoke to have confirmed they believe the property is owned by Expedia. This will need to be confirmed. Please contact me.

I do not understand why people complain about this motel? $50 per night in 2023. What are you expecting to get? C’mon, it’s not 2003 anymore and if you paid $50/night do not ask for 5 stars service like in the best Las Vegas hotels. To be honest I like this small motel in small town. Clean bathroom, clean room, soft and nice bed. Fast wi-fi, big TV. Friendly staff. My overall 10 of 10 for $50/night hotel.
