It was good, other than the water being turned off at 4pm for 10 hours during a soccer tournament. But that was probably beyond the hotels control.

Very clean rooms, staff not too friendly. Water was off since 4 pm, 1 hour after check in and was off for about 10 to 12 hours.

Great location to ride the motorcycle back into Santa Fe NM. Accommodation are kept. Easy to find, lots of parking with good lighting. The attendant for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Made sure everything was stocked at all times.

Basis Holiday Inn! We love being able to use the pool with grandkids! Also the new coffee machine is good. Super expensive for the brand. I guess that’s what you get when you have the only decent hotel in the area !

Some of the staff was not at all interested in helping out. The other staff was very helpful. There was a nasty smell in the elevators and the the community restrooms were not very clean. No cookies in the afternoon. Just not up to the standards of other Holiday Inn Expresses that I’ve been at.

Included breakfast was good. Property was quiet and comfortable for one night. We were told when we checked in that laundry facilities were available but when we checked both dryers were out of order, so they didn’t actually have laundry facilities. Should have been something that reception would know about.
