Greedy owner tried charging for early check in after being told it was ok to show up early. The property also charges $25 for towels if stained or used for makeup removal. the young blonde woman at the front desk with glasses was rude and not helpful. The breakfast not warmed properly and served cold, the juice machine was dispensing warm dirty juice with some type of crumbs that came up floating in my cup. The milk was also warm. For how much this property charges you would think they would do better. Take your money elsewhere.

It has a good location but it is noisy and uncomfortable. The rooms lack any sound insulation and you can hear everything in the hands and the rooms next to and above you. Three parking lot has really bright lights that light up the rooms at night, making it hard to sleep. The staff is not nice if you used expedia instead of biking directly with them. The breakfast area is dirty.

Friendly staff and a nice room. Conveniently located for visiting museums and landmarks.

This hotel was basically clean and the staff was courteous. Our room had lots of nice cabinetry. Negatives: 1. Loud air conditioner that would have kept me awake had I not had headphones, 2. The only ice machine was not working, and 3. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and a used soap bar from last night's guest was left on top of the dispensers.

The check-in person was very helpful, nice and friendly. Hotel was ok, but our room phone did not work, phone cord plug kept falling out, and the drain in the shower would not drain and our other room heater system did not work, room was hot.
