Worst management, awful breakfast arrangement, left right excuses for additional charges. Haven't got this worser experience anywhere else.

Staff was nice, room was roomy but so/so as far as updates. Breakfast- small- simple-just ok. parking safe- secure -gated, easy to get to room.

Very rude staff with very poor interpersonal skills and empathy. There were not enough tables to eat breakfast. There was a spider and web next my daughters bed. We will not be back to ever stay at Comfort Inn

For this visit - Front desk staff was very helpful in ensuring my request for a room facing street (claustrophobic) was available. I stay here quite a bit and staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice clean hotel with great location Nothing to not like

Need to refresh room keys everyday for security, air conditioning worked, housekeeping was good, room was aged but clean, microwave and fridge/freezer worked. Great location for tourism.

The hotel was OK for a mid-city hotel that is not too expensive. Some of the facility (e.g. hallway window) was a little bit run down but not too bad. The room was perfectly fine - nothing too fancy. They do have an underground gated parking garage, but I had to pay $25 to use it because there was an event nearby AND the lot was full when I pulled into it so there was nowhere to park :/ They did give me a refund for my $25 parking fee and I was able to find a free overnight parking spot on a side street right next to the hotel but I was not happy about that.
