Sofi Motel

Very clean and quiet. Staff is very professional very nice and very helpful. Property is clean and rooms are modern and spotless.

The policy states that the motel is pet-friendly, but when we arrived, the staff told us that pets were not allowed. They did not even allow my dog to walk inside the motel premises. I tried to explain that the motel’s website clearly states that it is pet-friendly, but they simply told me that I had to pay $25 per pet. They only allowed us to keep our dog because they could not refund our money, which made the situation even more frustrating. We should not have been put in this position when the motel’s own website clearly stated that pets were allowed. I also specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room we were given had a strong smoke smell. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially since we had clearly made our preferences known in advance.

Location convenience, bathroom was new and clean The air condition unit was too loud and pointed directly at the bed. Eventually had to turn it off. Bed could have had a thicker cover.

Place was better than expected. The only thing that wasn’t working was the extra item in the shower.

Nice and lowkey Tv didn’t work

The staff was able to accommodate us when i my request was outside their normal operation procedures. And they exceed my expectations. The bed was clean and comfortable and we put it to the test. They are going to have to tighten the bol the a back up on that one once we were through with it. The bathrooms were clean and great design with plenty of hot water and pressure. The staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate. Never had an issue parking and the a/c was in excellent working order which helped put a lot. The other guests were kind and friendly too They didn't have.any ice.

Pretty much nothing Dirty. AC wasn’t working. Had to leave after 15 minutes. Unsafe

I didn't like how the worker was so rude did not want to do his job he discrimination me thinking I was a different race there English was poor not professional the bed was missing sheets and a blanket the restroom in 105 was missing a door I fell down and hurt my self in the shower my fingers and back hurt I tried to get a refund cause I did not stay there and they told me to go through with booking.com and have yet to get a response from either regarding my refund

The staff was nice and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room was satisfying, and the room was well furnished with a fridge, microwave, cups and coffee available. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which got even worse with once I turned on the AC at night, because the room got warm. The AC was damaged, was really loud and could have used more cleaning.

Easily accessible by bus and staff was nice to let me check in a little past the stated check in hours. No deposit was required and the room seemed newly renovated nice and clean. Was a bit worried regarding older reviews, but things have definitely changed and I would go off of the most recent reviews. No smell, roaches, or any issues with other guests during my stay. Surrounding neighborhood could be a bit sketchy mainly at night depending on what you're used to. Nothing too bad. Just don't be out too late and by yourself. Regardless was safe enough to walk to and from nearby bus stops.
