Place was better than expected. The only thing that wasn’t working was the extra item in the shower.

Nice and lowkey Tv didn’t work

The staff was able to accommodate us when i my request was outside their normal operation procedures. And they exceed my expectations. The bed was clean and comfortable and we put it to the test. They are going to have to tighten the bol the a back up on that one once we were through with it. The bathrooms were clean and great design with plenty of hot water and pressure. The staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate. Never had an issue parking and the a/c was in excellent working order which helped put a lot. The other guests were kind and friendly too They didn't have.any ice.

Pretty much nothing Dirty. AC wasn’t working. Had to leave after 15 minutes. Unsafe

The rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Great value, would definitely stay again.

I didn't like how the worker was so rude did not want to do his job he discrimination me thinking I was a different race there English was poor not professional the bed was missing sheets and a blanket the restroom in 105 was missing a door I fell down and hurt my self in the shower my fingers and back hurt I tried to get a refund cause I did not stay there and they told me to go through with booking.com and have yet to get a response from either regarding my refund

Location wasn’t the greatest

The staff was nice and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room was satisfying, and the room was well furnished with a fridge, microwave, cups and coffee available. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which got even worse with once I turned on the AC at night, because the room got warm. The AC was damaged, was really loud and could have used more cleaning.

Easily accessible by bus and staff was nice to let me check in a little past the stated check in hours. No deposit was required and the room seemed newly renovated nice and clean. Was a bit worried regarding older reviews, but things have definitely changed and I would go off of the most recent reviews. No smell, roaches, or any issues with other guests during my stay. Surrounding neighborhood could be a bit sketchy mainly at night depending on what you're used to. Nothing too bad. Just don't be out too late and by yourself. Regardless was safe enough to walk to and from nearby bus stops.

Staff is warm & considerate. The rooms are adorable in layout and recent renovations! They did a brilliant job with the bathroom—wow! The shower feels very luxurious! Just what I’m used to! I would rebook often. We paid $78 for the night and the bed pillows are a dream! Your face melts in them and the bed was very comfortable and modern. We loved our stay! Free on-site parking is generous and useful. Nothing to report here. We will be back soon!

Very disrespectful staff members wasn’t trying to let me get a room because i was 18 and tried to say i had to be 21 . had to call booking & make a report they finally let me get my room & apologized saying they thought i wasn’t 18 when on my id it clearly states im 18 born in 2007
