VILLA BRASIL MOTEL

Absolutely loved our stay. What a little slice of heaven in the massive and busy LA. Clean, quiet, welcoming. Super convenient location. Would return any time.

The hotel rooms are not the most luxurious but the property is charming with its Brazil theme. The rooms include parking, air conditioning, heat, a tv, and a mini fridge. Staff were very polite. I would stay again due to the cool theme, helpful staff and the room serving its purpose which was a place to sleep and clean up for the weekend.

Basic, clean motel that allowed...

Charming, fun, eclectic decor. Lovely and inviting candlelit couches, tables and chairs outside each room. Conveniently located kitchenette. Sheer curtains may not be private enough for some.

Parking was very tight but a hotel worker quickly parked the car for me! The room was very quiet allowing for a great nights rest. Nice table for eating with dishes available. There were snacks and drinks in the room. Very limited parking

The property was very colorful and there were many thoughtful touches. Each room had a table with chairs outside, and at certain times of the day there was nice Brazilian music. In the evening, each table had a little tealight lit that felt very welcoming when returning in the evening. The property also has a restaurant which offers Brazilian food. The fridge in the unit had complimentary fruit and water, and some sweets were also provided. Two place settings were provided, and in addition to the fridge, the unit had a microwave and coffeemaker. The mattress was very comfortable and the furniture was colorful. The room felt more like a guest room in a friend's house than a motel room. The bathroom had a little table on which one could place one's toiletry kit - unlike other hotels where no such space was provided. All in all, I was very impressed. The restaurant next door has breakfast items on the menu, but unfortunately, it only opens at 10 am. The office is also open from 10 AM - 10 PM, so there is not person to contact in the morning.

Inside, the room was very cute with a kitchenette, a cozy dining area, comfortable bed & AC. Staff was friendly and the restaurant next door was delicious.

What a charming little motel! Receptionist was very helpful and hospitable. Room was very clean. We like to be barefoot, and our floor in the room was so clean that we feel right at home! We’re very happy with this motel and will return.

This was a great experience and I will totally stay at this location on my next work trip to Los Angeles

Vibrant, cheerful courtyard-style motel with super friendly staff, easy parking, and nice room amenities. Bonus, the motel is attached to a cafe and you can order breakfast from them. Each room has a little cafe table and chairs right outside the door so you can sit and have coffee and enjoy the morning.

It is close to Venice beach and you can park right near your room for free but the motel is very old and room was too small. They gave me the key to my room and when I entered windows were closed and no AC was running. The room smelled musty and dirty. The trash from the previous guests was still in the trash can. Mold was around the tub, and bathroom floor had broken tiles.

The whole place is charming and simple. We had the room above the office which was more than enough for two of us. It would be a great place for a family visiting LA. The balcony is a great addition.
