They no give us late checkup for 30 minutes; it was very frustrater.

Expensive but worth it

Great resort

Property was dirty. I stayed in the 4th floor. Trash by the elevator was full for 3 days. Dirt against the walls like if someone swept and just moved it to the side

The grounds were immaculate, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the room was spotless. I'd particularly like to thank the staff of Lost Pines and highlight the Heartwood House. Thank you, to the staff who patiently answered all of our questions. You were so happy to tell my daughter about all the things she COULD have at Heartwood House after she told you she is allergic to eggs. They went so far as to find where we could get the same egg substitute they use at Heartwood, at home. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, but these people took joy in passing on knowledge to help someone beyond their stay.

Reception desk needs more workers. There were 5 counters and only 2 were open during peak check out and check in times. Concierge desk was also not informative. I inquired about the horseback riding tours and she just said to ask the reception desk.

Great place, very nicely maintained. Now it is very expensive for what it is.

Food was very good with plenty of choices, and two big bars to hang out perfect for after dinner drinks. I have been here many times and this is a yearly destination for us.

The hotel is gorgeous and super kid friendly the food is great. The pool was really dirty though. Could use a more regular clean

Clean room and friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool, biking and all the activities for the kids!

Could not get the TV to stream channels. For 4 days we could only watch local TV. Our room was equipped with only 2 glasses. Needed 2 more in the bathroom.

We arrived on Friday early evening. We were dropped off. We weren’t greeted by any staff on our arrival. We waiting to get assistance but ended up grabbing our own cart for our luggage. We checked in and let the front desk know and they did give us $50 credit. The room was nice and comfy. We didn’t do any of the paid amenities. But we did do the bike ride, which was nice and short. We visited the animals. It is August and hot and it hasn’t rained. A lot of the grass was dry. We loved the lazy river. It was nice and relaxing. My favorite part was the butterfly garden. We didn’t grab coffee it was ok not my favorite but did the job. We did eat at Mavericks and had the chicken sandwich, wings and fries. The wings were tasty but the sandwich didn’t taste good or the sweet potato fries. This is my besties and I second staycation around Austin. We hope to find another great hotel next!

The staff was friendly, everyone from valet, bell hop, check-in and restaurant service. The only challenge was getting dinner reservations with a large group as the resort was very busy the weekend we went (we got reservations weeks before we arrived). Fortunately, we were able to eat at the steakhouse, which was very good. We had the ribeye and tomahawk steaks and they were prepared perfectly. We also had the breakfast buffet and breakfast from the coffee and ice cream shop, both were very good. Very pleased with all the food on site. This was a perfect weekend getaway and the kids loved it too. Next time we'll try some fishing at the pond and the golf course.

Every activity is an extra fee, it would have been nice if some where included.
