The rooms are very nice and homey The tvs didn’t work nor did the WiFi work they major plumbing issues and they were charging stuff to the room I didn’t purchase

Always love this Candlewood location. Will be back again in the future.
-
Great location; staff information on nearby restaurants and eateries was very helpful. I love the hotels location to the Big 4 Bridge and Riverfront parks.
-
The room I stayed in - "extra lock" on the door, did not lock all the way. I did not like that the maintenace could not fix it until Monday. In my opinion if housekeeping is available then mainteance should be available as well. That needs to be changed ASAP!!!

They stole my money and I had insurance. Most of their locations are run down and sleazy,VAs well as dirty and need full renovation. That is exactly why they don't mind being the thieves that they are!

Nobody at the front to give me a receipt and I saw I was charged 100 more than the price I booked on Expedia.

The hotel was very clean. The game room was equipped with a pool table and other games to keep adults and kids entertained. My daughter loved the pillows.
