It was quiet Needs some updates and cleaner venting systems and cleaner laundry area would be nice.

The location was perfect for our trip. The were roaches all over the hotel. Front staff was nice to us upon checking in but management is very unprofessional and rude.

The staff extremely rude and accused daughter if smoking after being told repeatedly that she didn’t smoke. Staff proceeded to scream and bang on the door in the middle of the night walking her up to accuse her of smoking. It was extremely bizarre.

The best part of my stay was the staff. They were very kind and friendly. They went above and beyond! The manager was very professional yet very nice. Always had a smile on her face and will answer any questions. She's very knowledgeable! The maintenance guy was also very nice and welcoming. Without anyone asking he came to our room to help us with the wifi and made sure everything worked properly. One of the best stay I've had at a hotel in a long time. High recommend this place.

I liked the fact that I was able to book the room online at.a cheaper rate with the deposit included along with the insurance. Unfortunately I was not able to complete my booking and ended up canceling. I was told that’s I owed a 100$ deposit upon my arrival and that I would have to wait until 3pm but I arrived at 2:10 and I noted on the reservation that I was arriving around 2pm. The desk was empty when I arrived I was told she was on break and would be back shortly. I waited about 15 minutes sand when she approached me she said that I’d have to wait until 3pm and she followed that by telling me that it would be a 100$ deposit on top of the 608$ I paid online. I was not able to afford it at that’s time and I tried to show her my itinerary and she refused to look at it and told me that I needed to leave the property and that’s I couldn’t stay. She continued to raise her voided so I raised mine as well and left like she asked and waited for my ride. I do not think that the 100$ deposit was required upon my check in because it was not stated in the clause at the time. I canceled my reservation and was told it would be of no charge because of the insurance and free cancellation. To my knowledge I am still wasting on the return from the outsourcing company.
