The staff is very helpful. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The housekeeper is very sweet and helpful. Not much to complain on ..some of the guests disregard the staff by not cleaning behind their pets but make aware the staff tries to clean the property more.

It was close to places I needed to be around Housekeeper was very professional and sweet The manager was a little rude didn't explain things clear. Try to rebook from your site was told I can't do it because it's 100.00 cheaper I would have to check out and check back in. If I wanted to stay. Didn't make any sense to me why I could it but he rules.the price advertised on property was a lie. But I need a place right now..I feel obligated to pay whatever he asked from me. The manager wasn't clear about the pricing of the property. Was told I couldn't rebook from your site(booking.com).It would make make pay 100.00 less thru you all.He said he will not except my booking..that's crazy.

Manager was good definitely needs more staff outside of property needs to be cleaned room had to clean and fit several things I purchased them I fixed them myself and cleaned it myself washing the walls were other guests had stayed but I understand you can only do so much as one person and lack of staffing having a big problem with charging me a lot more than their room is worth Other guest sometimes are out of control the prices that went up after my booking is ridiculous

Overall it's a good place to stay quiet but the beds are too hard mattresses are way too hard but I guess each is his own some people like the hard mattresses some like a pillow soft the carpets wasn't as clean they need to be shampooed

The stove was dirty. The towel rack in the bathroom keep breaking. It was a hole in the ceiling The floor needed to be swept and mopped. It was dirty under the bed and behind the night stands. Shower curtain was dirty.

The room overall and location was nice The staff and the beds are uncomfortable. The staff changed our weekly rate from 291 to 491 and then proceeded to lie and say the 291 was a move in special bullshit

The staff was horrible and unprofessional every month the prices kept fluctuating so you could never feel stable the rooms don't match the pictures that they have for their page the bed was awful they said that it was a queen it was actually a double devil's pretty much destroyed before I ever got there there was a dent and one half of the bed so deep it must have been a thousand pound person the slept and that bed before me the Wi-Fi is horrible they don't do room service laundry change the bed linings or anything

Your motels ass if I have to buy my toilet paper and wash my towels. Why do I pay u in my payment I will so let booking .com know how shit u are.have greT holiday U did shitty.on everything but have great holidays. I will jot that I not there anymore
