Large room, great vending machine prices!!

It was clean and the shower was nice but it was a very long night.

The first two rooms they put us in had live roaches. They moved us to the bottom floor and we didn't see any in that room so we ended up staying. People were blaring their music all throughout the night. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly but she definitely cursed like a sailor. It sits way off in the back and there are a lot of truckers that were parked outside and made it hard to get through the parking lot. The tub had mold around the top of the wall. The beds were like sleeping on bricks and the pillows were very flat. The only good thing about staying at this place is that it had great water pressure in the shower

The blind was broken and had a spot where u could look in/out of the room from the parking lot. There was mold on the shower walls and ceiling. There were other things that could have been better, but those were the main things. At least I didnt see any roaches.

This was not a great place to stay. Rooms were ok, The room wasn't very clean, sheets were dirty, had to have them replaced. The night person was very apologetic about it, but it was a bad start. People in nearby rooms were banging around and yelling through the entire night.

Location is good Cleanliness is not good. Smoking smell everywhere.

Location is about the only good thing. Property has “apartments” therefore actual residents. It was loud, dirty & very uncomfortable. The smells was actually horrible, dog urine so bad from permanent rooms that it lingered into others. We had to move floors twice because the smell of smoke and dog pee.

Do not stay here! They rented our room to another guest, who threw all of our personal items into the hallway. Wife and dauter got back to the hotel earlier than I and noticed the items in the hallway. Supposedly do to some audit issue. Obviously they do not clean the rooms between rentals or the housekeeper would have noticed all of our personal items. Wasn't clean. Wasn't expecting much, but safety is non-negotiable. Who know what that would have walked in on had they entered the room. Place wreaks of weed...again, wasn't expecting much, but who knows what was behind that door...luckily they had thrown our personal items into the hallway, so they didn't attempt to enter. Expedia makes it darn near impossible to get a refund and the property cannot issue the refund as it wasn't booked directly. Could care less about the $. Just glad my family is safe. Avoid this place...

I booked an additional two weeks once I was there and I paid right then and there when I booked the room.. fast forward to checkout and they proceed to tell me that I owe $60 and when I asked how and tried to get them to please explain how that is possible when I already paid for the rooms. They scramble and it takes three of them to finally come to the conclusion that the price changed from when I booked it on Booking.com and when I asked them why that wasn't calculated or factored in when I paid for the additional days they wouldn't/couldn't give me a reason and we're so rude and disrespectful towards me that they started screaming and cussing at me calling me every name in the book and the Male tries to threaten me with the police saying that I was refusing to pay for services and I could be arrested and put on the DNR list and essentially never be able to get a hotel ever again.

Terrible Staff stole property

I was really pleased with this stay as a pivot point amid a weeklong road trip. I didn't know when I booked it that this is more of an extended stay/residential hotel. Regardless, it was a very solid stay. Full kitchen. Comfortable bed. Clean room, including the bed change being done as I checked in. Quiet, tucked in on the back end of a street, but still right off the interstate. Great price, too. Beyond the room, the highlight was the staff - the front desk people could not have been kinder or more awesome. Whatever your needs - one night like me or an extended stay as it's intended - I'd recommend it.

The room was not swept and definitely needed to be mopped. There were about 20-30 gnats flying around to kill. Just when you think you killed them all. They were back. The wall still had rice stuck to it I had to get off

Got a non smoking room, idk if there was people smoking in the hallways or room but the smell was unbearable, the table had mold on it, beds were extremely dirty, room smelled awful, roaches crawling all over the place, people drinking in the parking lot, reached out to staff got no reply, ended up leaving shortly after I got there. Messaged them about a refund and the issues and never got a response. Stay away

Bed was comfortable No breakfast, dirty wet towel, 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no face towel, no USB, no coffee maker
