Expedia failed miserably. The hotel was CLOSED for renovations and I was never notified!; Thankfully a manager was on site and contacted another nearby Hilton property who was able to accommodate me. Will not be booking my hotels thru this site again.

Great staff. Nice bathroom products. Good lobby coffee

Exercise room closed. Room not clean particularly bathroom. Hallways dirty from snow traffic. Paid $6 on app for breakfast. Hot breakfast was $14 at the hotel. Just a bad experience.

The hotel used scented laundry detergent, which was very unpleasant. We had to wash our sheets, so we wouldn't be affected by the scent.

Lovely staff and just a little bummer the fitness facility was not open

The staff were kind and wonderful. However when I told them the toilet (which had what appeared to be permanent stains) was broken, they said they’d have someone fix it. I went out and returned to a toilet that still didn’t work. It was late so I just lived with it. The next morning I told them it wasn’t fixed and a woman (not sure who she is) said she did her best to fix it and they probably should’ve just moved me out to another room…ya think? I myself almost suggested it but figured I’d give them a chance to fix the problem. Other than that the staff was great and very accommodating.

Its the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. It was so nice and clean. My room had everything that I needed and it was so clean. It made me feel at home. My bed was just a little hard but it was ok. I don't like how you have to pay for a breakfast that doesn't offer much. The cheaper hotels free breakfast is the same or better than was offered at this hotel.
