Holiday Inn Express Hotel Suites Lubbock Southwest-Wolfforth by IHG

Clean rooms. Comfy beds & pillows, GREAT COFFEE downstairs & wonderful service at breakfast.

Sink drain in the bathroom was stopped up. Shower head was also clogged so that the spray was inadequate.

Didn’t have a room ready by check in, no clean towels the whole stay. Curtains were ripped in room. When asked about what they’d do to compensate for the time I had to wait for a room I had booked two weeks in advance, the general manager said there was nothing that can be done. To travel all the way from Los Angeles to get treated like that was totally unacceptable.

Rooms weren’t clean upon arrival and the man at the checkout desk made me and a few others wait a long time to check in and when he finally checked us in the rooms weren’t even cleaned so he had to switch a bunch of us to other rooms. It was honestly one of the worst holiday inn experiences I’ve ever had anywhere.

Great breakfast. Not just cereal but a hot meal.

The tiles were broken by toilet and could not stand in front of it to use it effectively. Also the inside pool was not available during our entire stay.

That it was quite. No pool, no towels, no king size bed

The room was very ciean and orderly. Parking was great.
