Clean room

Great place to stay. Very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating.

I’m going to misspell her name but Alazea at the front desk was amazing. She was fast, professional and absolutely delightful. She made our stay wonderful. Thank you..

The room was clean but the shower had not been cleaned. Dirty soap dish.

The rooms ae nice and the beds are comfortable. My problem was we booked this hotel for the indoor pool. We were traveling with our son and 2 gandkids that were looking forward to 3 days of swimming. Rooms had to be canceled by the 17th and we checked in on the 18th. We didn't know the pool was out of service until we checked in on the 18th. We would have canceled and got a room somewhere else if we could have. The door on one of our rooms stayed open unless you pulled it all the way closed. In my option if your pool, weight room or other amenity is our of service that should be noted on your website. I sure wouldn't have paid that amount a night for 2 rooms if I had know the pool and weight room were under construction.

We stayed in room 134 the volume on the TV did not work no hot water, hallways smelt like mildew. The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Super sweet and helpful. She switched us to another room. Again that room was not clean but we had not choice. For the amount we paid. Definitely not worth the stay

Holiday Inn Express Wolfforth/Lubbock Tx. The air conditioner did not cool in the first room, it was 85 degrees in the room. The floor was sticky, hair on the sheets, key did not work, and the TV did not work in the second room. The bathrooms in both rooms were not clean. We had 4 people in the room and only 2 towels in the bath. The pool and weight room were closed but I I was not notified when booking. Beer cans were sitting on the stairwell. I will never stay at the Holiday Inn Express again. Janna Brendle

The hotel is under renovation, the pool and gym were out of service. The room was nice, but the AC was not working. The staff was very nice and was able to change our room. Unfortunately, the second room was no well cleaned, toiletries were not stocked, there was trash in a drawer, leftovers in the fridge, and the shower drain was clogged.

It was close to highway and easily accessible. Well laid out parking and entrance exit. Not so much the property it was late when I arrived and luggage cart was very noisy

Everything was good but the pool wasn't clean

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming! The room had a ceiling fan which was awesome! The location is great with a restaurant within walking distance, a gas station and a Starbucks is VERY close. Easy access to the freeway which made getting to Tech graduation a breeze. We always choose Holiday Inn Express because we know the beds will be comfortable and the hotel is always clean - Free breakfast is a plus too! Unfortunately this particular hotel did not "feel" like our other stays. The room smelled like dog, carpet was dirty and worn, bed linens were extremely wrinkled and bed looked unkempt. Curtains were stained and dusty. There was a sticky residue on the tile near the door, the TV stand and desk were also sticky. There was trash under the bed and near the nightstand, no lamp or clock on nightstand so the room was fairly dark and depressing. The pool and fitness center are undergoing renovation so they were not available and to top it off, we likely paid double due to it being graduation weekend.

Good location, shopping nearby. Fast food.

Checkin was a disaster. Gave itinerary to front desk and couldn’t find reservation. As of now I show charge from property, cheap tickets and two other unknown holds. Room given was not even clean so front desk placed us in another. Room was ok, but floors were sticky, not been swept, mirrors all dirty and random items found all over floors. Even by one of the lamps was nothing but what looked like hair buildup and just left. Worker came knocking on door at 11pm and then walked away…to return a few moments later and knock and walk away again. Called and asked who we were and then said ok and hung up. My information given to random customer who then came knocking on my door at 11:30pm and telling us to get our stuff and leave as this was her room not ours. Informed her we had been there since 4pm and manager placed us in this room and was what we reserved, but she continued to tell us get out. Will not use this establishment for any future stays and will be curious to see what all charges clear my account and if they will fix it. Would have went elsewhere, however due to tournament weekend all other hotels were booked.

It did not look like the picture , no microwave plate, towels were ripped in the dingy, pillows had stains.

The front desk girl was awful. On FaceTime during check in with a guy and using very very inappropriate language. Everything was charged incorrectly as well.

Breakfast was great! Was not fond of the coffee brand
