No laundry no fitness room rude

The first room I was given had air conditioning that wasn't working, so I had to switch rooms. In the second room, there was a spider in the bed. On top of that, I paid for a queen-size bed, and after being moved, I was given a full-size bed instead. I've already had to move rooms because of issues that were beyond my control, and I'm still not receiving the accommodations I paid for. At this point, I would like to be compensated. I'm requesting a partial refund or a significant adjustment to my bill because I don't feel I should be charged the full amount after everything I've experienced during this stay. I would appreciate you making this right before I check out.

Listed laundry. Did not have. Too many friends of staff hanging out in hotel. We left early paid for two nights only stayed one. Do not recommend if you are looking for a peaceful stay.

Everything went well with my stay at the hotel. I was woken up by the maintenance person started cutting the lawn , it woke me up at approx. 6:30 am.

The hotel is separate from the casino (adjoining, however). The lobby was very nice and my room was certainly adequate. I loved the clean, refreshing pool. The one thing that is very disturbing is that there was no breakfast bar in the morning, only a coffee service. With absolutely nothing in the immediate area for food service, this one really big issue could discourage other patrons. While I had a bagel and banana from earlier in the day, I had that to fall back on. I drove for miles toward my next destination for some breakfast.

Unfortunately, the coffee maker did not work.

Rooms smelled of stale cigarettes from air conditioning unit. And could only get 2 channels on tv. Poor WiFi in room

The casino sucks the slots are very tight.. Wasn’t hitting at all. The food was ok not enough to choose from.The catfish meal wasn’t worth $19.00 it looked like they took one filet and cut it up into 3 little pieces.. The rooms where clean but I found someone dirt sock in my room by the nightstand.. Staff was friendly. The room and the staff was the best part of my stay. But I will never gamble there again it was horrible..

This is a scam property

The property was pretty clean and the people at the front desk was helpful

The pool had the look of mold running down the wall. When taking a bath the tub full up with water and look like feces on the curtain. Bugs walking around in the restroom. The hotel smells like mold and there was a hold in the ceiling which linked water.

Hotel and casino were both very clean.

Decent hotel for the price

It was never communicated that the hotel front desk closes at a specific time. Security was communicating that the hotel desk was closed and a manager had to be called to give us room keys. There were only two set of towels and housekeeping didn’t refresh. After having a long day and night, having fresh towels could have made the stay better.

Rooms never got done

The whole place was not fit to stay. No lighting, wires were out where light should have been. No water for shower head, just a few streams. No wifi. No television when storming out. No place for 2 people to sit unless on bed. Would not recommend to anyone

The coffee was amazing and the bed was super soft and comfortable. I passed out as soon as I laid my head on my pillow. Nothing
