The two beds were also definitely full or double-size rather than queen-size beds. They felt noticeably smaller than expected and were not what we had paid for. Although we were not charged a different rate, we specifically booked a renovated, nonsmoking room with two queen-size beds, so I feel a partial refund would have been appropriate. Regarding complaints in other reviews about cigarette smoke being noticeable in nonsmoking rooms, I think the casino floor may contribute significantly to the problem. Since smoking is allowed there, guests leave smelling strongly of smoke, with their hair, bodies, and clothing exposed to it. That odor can easily be carried back into the hotel room, making it seem as though someone smoked inside even when they did not. Overall, most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. My other disappointment was the limited selection of casino games. The hotel should be more specific when listing the available games, as roulette is one of the games we looked forward to

The restaurant food were great My room didn't look like other classmate rooms,my room didn't look like it been renovated, I ask did they have other rooms and I was told they were full,when I booked i was told the rooms has been renovated

The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel was It didn't have Wi-Fi.

No laundry no fitness room rude

Nothing Dirty carpet in the room. Clogged shower drain. Fitness center closed/out of service. Not being allowed to purchase snacks or other items from the front desk after a certain hour even though they're literally on display within arm's reach.

The first room I was given had air conditioning that wasn't working, so I had to switch rooms. In the second room, there was a spider in the bed. On top of that, I paid for a queen-size bed, and after being moved, I was given a full-size bed instead. I've already had to move rooms because of issues that were beyond my control, and I'm still not receiving the accommodations I paid for. At this point, I would like to be compensated. I'm requesting a partial refund or a significant adjustment to my bill because I don't feel I should be charged the full amount after everything I've experienced during this stay. I would appreciate you making this right before I check out.

Listed laundry. Did not have. Too many friends of staff hanging out in hotel. We left early paid for two nights only stayed one. Do not recommend if you are looking for a peaceful stay.

Everything went well with my stay at the hotel. I was woken up by the maintenance person started cutting the lawn , it woke me up at approx. 6:30 am.

The hotel is separate from the casino (adjoining, however). The lobby was very nice and my room was certainly adequate. I loved the clean, refreshing pool. The one thing that is very disturbing is that there was no breakfast bar in the morning, only a coffee service. With absolutely nothing in the immediate area for food service, this one really big issue could discourage other patrons. While I had a bagel and banana from earlier in the day, I had that to fall back on. I drove for miles toward my next destination for some breakfast.
