Great location next to a Walmart, close to a Starbucks and about 20 minutes away from the Big Thicket Natural Preserve. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
-
Property is under construction so breakfast options are limited, but staff was extremely accommodating and provided a fully accessible room upon request after I accidentally booked the wrong one online.

Everything was wonderful!

Overall our stay was good. We loved the storage in the room. It felt overall clean but there was a dead bug in the restroom. The thing that we did not love was the breakfast only went to 8am and when you are on vacation that is pretty early to be up and at em. The staff was great!

The TV has 1 station and you can tell its rigged up illegally. You have to click on a folder like its a computer.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy but the window covering did not cover but half of the window. Someone shined an infra red pointer into our window at night and the parking lot light was shining in so I put our bed pillows in the window to block it so we could have some privacy and be able to sleep.
-
Rooms smelt musty, night stand between the beds were sticky from the previous guests, a/c blew extremely humid making it hard to be comfortable. ill sleep in my truck before i waste $100 at a laquinta

Room was good-sized; breakfast was good.
-
Property is very dated and in need of renovation.
-
Had to move rooms because the shower was broken and the air-conditioning was extremely noisy

Our stay started off not so good once we entered the hotel. They were short staffed and the lady at the front desk brought her kid to work since she couldn’t find a sitter. Her attention was of course on him who happened to be running all over the place. Then after we got to our room the first thing I check for is a hair dryer which the hotel states all rooms have. Ours didn’t. I went to the front desk to ask for one and the manager on the phone said they would have to charge us for one. That sealed the deal for me on never returning. Went to Walmart and bought one. At check out I personally made them write down our room didn’t have one. Also, they reconfigured all hotel room keys, so on our last day we had to have an employee open our room for us constantly. Live bugs in the bathroom. Management needs help badly.

Nothing in particular Staff not the best.

We couldn't check in until after 6 because our room wasnt clean. We ended up having to get dressed in the lobby restroom. I booked a double queen room and we were given a king room. The front desk attendant was kind, but it was ridiculous. The chair in the room was absolutely filthy, but the room was otherwise clean.
